Like i said, players have issues all the time, I remember Henry stepping in to seperate 2 Fulham players during a league game, and Ashley and Sol have been known to scream at each other during games, so whats the big deal

As for Theo, well i have always blamed Wenger for playing the guy on the wings, thus ruining his natural strikers instinct (although things might turn good and make him a far more established player).

But i doubt Arsene will send him on loan, cause RVP is injured and we are short on strikers, so unless arsene decides to take Saha off your hands , (or piss off Spurs by offering berb a chance to play against AC Milan ) Theo stays.

What is this obsession you have, Chelsea won last night, FAIR PLAY TO THE TEAM AND JOE COLE We don't hate success here (unless that success comes to the Spuds and ManScum ), Its just that, we have our own way of achieving it, which might be different to all clubs. When it works, one is hailed as a genius, when it doesn't one is taunted as a failure. Comes with the territory.

Its like Benitez has his own way of doing things at Liverpool, when his tinkering leads him to Euro glory, he is hailed as a Brilliant tactitian, when it leads him to a loss in the 2nd final, he is seen as being clueless, same can be said with his approach in the league.

When Arsne Wenger took over at Arsenal, he had his way of doing things, which became club policy, now that has brought with it some measure of success, which everyone loves, but now that something when wrong in the Semis against Spurs, ALL HELL IS BREAKING LOOSE

This same team dispatched newcastle and Blacburn (With 9 men) to get to this stage, last season we got to the final with this same team, so wherein lies the problem

Now the issue will be that no trophy was won, but thats the thing Wormy, as a fan you have those that want to win trophies not caring how it is won, then you have fans who appreciate the growth of the team and have faith that it will come good, and enjoy it when it does, knowing that you have been part of a process.

For example, look at the difference between Maureen and Grant, now granted that Maureen was successful, however his success was never appreciated by the folks that made decisions and general followers, apart from the Chelsea fans. Now if Grant who wasn't given any chnace by all (as he lacked the charisma of Maureen) wins stuff, even if its with the players that Maureen left, you can see him getting what Jose craved the most and never got, which is respect.

Chelsea players are more relaxed than when Jose was there, cause the coach doesn't put pressure on them, which is the way Arsene operates.

Now is it folly for Arsene to have so much faith in his players, well to a minimum extent yes!! As some players are not up to the task, but Wormy, that is Arsene Wenger for you. LOVE IT OR HATE IT!! He has always been like that, and won't change. The same way, Alladkye couldn't change his approach at Newcastle, which gave him the boot. You can't have it both ways.

When was coach of Arsenal, we who have been Arsenal supporters for that long, knew what it was like, the team had a measure of success, but boy was it a drab watching Arsenal play rubbish football and win games (usually by the odd goal, scored by Wrighty, Kev Campbell, Smugders and co). We had flair players like David Rocastle, but that was few and far between.

Basically, i support my team no matter what happens, and i believe Arsene for all his stubborness, still has much to deliver this season and the ones to come. I believe in my team, and i don't see a problem in that

Afterall, Pre Jose, the Chelsea faithful had to wait 50 years before another league success, Tottenham have had to wait 18-19 years for a crack at a trophy, the Mancs are grateful to Fergie for making them the club they are.

To follow your logic, Fulham supporters should all bail, since their team might be relegated, or Liverpool fans should turn on Benitez, since they might still have to wait another year for the " Holy Grail" of the prem trophy.

Like i said, WE HAVE OUR OWN WAY OF DOING THINGS AT ARSENAL!! When it works (a'la going a league season unbeaten) everyone is happy and take the accolades, when it doesn't (a'la coming 4th in the league on 2 occasions), everyone is sad, but we supporters that have been on this ship way before the "Wenger baby boomers" came onboard, appreciate what the man has done, cause we know where we are coming from. Imagine fans that had to support Arsenal under Don Howe and Terry Neill.

Do you think Wenger wanted to lose to Spurs Bro, pre the game, Arsene had only lost to Spurs once in 22 outings against them, he has outlived like 7 Spurs managers, he has taken Arsenal FC to places Spurs FC can only dream about, yet 1 game is now the measurement on Arsene How crazy is that.

As for our chances, well i honestly still feel the League is ours to lose, Scumbots want the CL more than they want to retain the league. If we lose focus, then the better for them, but they will sacrifice the league if it clashes with the possibility of them winning another Euro trophy. We still have as much chance of doing well in the FA Cup, so no worries there. All in all, despite last nights result, i still feel we arel capable of winning something (and we will).

Arsenal have never done things the easy way, (even when we went unbeaten in the league, we lost scanderlously to the Chavs at highbury during the CL quarters and lost to the Scum in the FA cup semis) so 1 result won't change much.

Milk Cup was never on my list of "wanted trophies", and i am sure its not on Wenger's list of priorities. What will worry the gaffer though is the lousy play of his team between both legs of the semis against Spurs (and the fact that we shipped in 6 goals).

As usual he will be honest and know that some players like Diaby won't cut it, he will also make a decision concerning Theo, but all in all, he won't be bothered about last night, and so should we. We lost to Spurs, we aren't going to the Cup Final (no guarranttee we would have won it even if we had beaten Spurs) BIG bleeping DEAL!!

So lets get a grip on our emotions before pressing the panic button. Lets see how we handle Newcastle over the weekend to see the effects of yesterdays game.

We have been in this stuff far too long to panic man, Arsene might be stubborn, but then again, which coach isn't .

THE UGLY

Now there have been some ugly incidents in the game of footie, Zizou's headbutting incident, Totti's spitting incident and such. But when team mates argue on the pitch, it really is ugly. Case in point last night

Last nights incident didn't get as bad as Kieron's and Bowyer's fight for Newcastle, or Bellamy's drunken brawl with Riise, or Ruuds bulling of Divino, and it wasn't as mild as Rio's arguement with   can't remember who he argued with during a Scummy game.

It was inbtw. Nevertheless it was ugly , the fact that someone was injured and someone had to be restrained at the end of the game, made it the more worrisome.

For sometime now, there have been intense rivalries among team mates at Arsenal, Henry's apparent dislike for Reyes / Freddie's dislike of RVP / Ashley's dislike for the whole squad readily comes to mind.

But with the old guard leaving, the only recognisable difference was with Lehman's loathing of Almunia, but even that was understandable.

However it seems that Nic B has an attitude problem on him, and has all the trappings of an "Infant terrible" in the mold of Slatan Ibrahimovic. Having looked properly at the whole incident, i put the blame firmly on Nic, i know Ade can be a bit of a prat, but i doubt he will ever react the way he did to a team mate if he wasn't provoked.

Nic B has been building a clear rivalry with Dudu which i have also noticed (They hardly celebrate each others efforts), and i very much doubt he will get along with RVP as well, as they are both "Selfish" strikers (who will pass to whom, if both are on the pitch).

Now don't get me wrong, i like his fiery nature and arrogance, (we need more of this among the players), but he should take the route of Flamini and leave the brawls for the opposition. It would be a shame if he chooses to alienate himself from the rest of the team (That would be a unwise thing to do). Its one thing to be cocky, its another thing to be downright ignorant.

As for Ade, he should grow up, and learn that he has a responsibility to hold the front line together, and act as a bridge for all the strikers, As Thierry H used to do (well when he was not busy sulking). He should not make other squad members hate Nic B, all in the name of keeping malice.

Gallas should please handle the situation, and make the boys focus this anger on opponents, rather than on each other. Thats why he is the captain (Wenger can't do much, and scolding them will only make things worst).

Like i earlier said, TEAM MATES FIGHT ALL THE TIME (Go ask Joey Barton ). However, they should channel that pent up anger to good use (like giving the Toon what for). Rather than squabble aimlessly on the field of play.

It was a clear show of shame by the Arsenal lads , and i hope it is handled in the right manner by the Captain. before the grummy FA get involved in something that doesn't concern them

THE GOOD

To start off with, let me quote a few lines from Blogger

This was Cup footie guys, these things happen, Imagine Coventry beating the Scum at OT who would have thought.

For one thing, i am not really bothered that we are out of the Milk Cup (anyone that knows me, knows my views as it concerns this competition). What bothered me though was the scoreline and the opposition that inflicted it (but i have already addressed this in the bad, no need to relive it again ).

Basically, this is our 3rd loss in the season, which in hindsight is not as bad as it will be made to look. besides, we were bound to lose to Spurs one day, so no biggie

Now anyone that feels that this will carry over to the other comps is just either plain stupid or is just being naive (No 2 seasons are the same, and Arsenal will not be knocked out of 3 major cups at a go like last season. That much i know).

What this will do is motivate the boys, and will act as something positive (most of the players will NEVER let themselves be embarrashed like that again this season).

For one thing, it showed that if Ade tries hard enough, he could end up being an "Arsenal Legend" , for now i still think its "Hit and Miss" when Ade is concerned, but he is gradually becoming a cult figure at the Emirates (always scoring against the Spurs (even when we lose) doesn't hurt, go ask Pires ).

The boys will surely bounce back, and i hope it starts this weekend against the Toon Army. as much as i love Keegan, i want us to make Newcastle pay, for 2 reasons;

1. That draw we got, that led to us losing away at Boro, HOW DARE THEY RUN US RAGGED!!

2. The fact that someone has to pay for the trashing we got, so why not start with the Toon

3. For bending over backwards to get shafted by Scum United at OT

4. For even thinking of appointing that Walrus as their coach (How dare they they must pay for that folly ).

All in all, i feel, it wasn't really that bad (scoreline not being considered ).

But i have a dilenma, do i now support the Northern Scum against the North London Scum or vis versa Fellow Gooners what ya'll think . And who do we root for, The Northern Blues, or the Southern Blue Chavs (couldn't really care less to be honest ).

Just imagine Chelsea makes it through Wembley will be desecrated by not 1 but 2 Dirty scummy teams, from London Thank God for disinfectants, cause they will need it, after those dirty Chavs and Yids leave the stadia

What more can one add to that, oh well i will give my own views on this, with THE GOOD(Trust me, there is a good side of this travesty ), THE BAD, AND THE UGLY VERSIONS!!

Lets start with the bad shall we

THE BAD

First things first, i never thought in my lifetime, Arsenal were going to lose to Spurs by 5 goals How the hell are we going to go to Sh@t Hart lane and lose by 5 goals That is unforgivable. We played "Pants" last night, no cohersion, no fluidity, no footballing what so ever.  Did we not know Spurs would be up for this We needed fighters in there, yet we had chokers

Unfortunately some players will not cut it at the club,

1. Diaby: So lazy and nonchalant, we should sell him as soon as we can, The next Viera   Bleep, the boy isn't even the next Ray parlour, talkless of Paddy V.

2. Walcott: As much as we all want Theo to come good, all the signs are that he might/will not do this at Arsenal. Wenger doesn't help the lad by playing him on the wings all the time though (Not everyone is Titi, Arsene!?).

I hope he stays though and achieves his potentials with us (Cause if used in his rightful position, he will be very good).

3. Berti: Well i hope he retires a Gooner, like Bergy, but lets face it, Berti has lost the drive (Wenger also shares some blame in this). I don't think we should sell him though, i still believe he still has some performances in him, that will come through during the season

4. Nicklas B:  Will look into Nics case later in my "The Ugly" analysis.

Having said all that, can it get any worst than this I very much doubt it, we need to put this behind us (which we will) and focus on bigger fishes.

My worry is, with Spurs finally breaking this Hoodoo (had to be broken sometime though, better last night i guess ), anytime we play them from now on, it will be war. Too bad we won't get that chance to rectify this humilation (there is no other word for it) this season, as we won't get to play them again. (unless fate does us a favour and pit us together in the FA Cup Hey!! guess that would mean Manscum getting knocked out Its all Good).

All in all, this ranks up there as one of the worst (if not the worst) Arsenal performance i have ever had the privilege to watch. (being trashed by Scum United, Bayern M and Inter came close. losing to Sheff United last season also ranks up there , ahh  losing to Leeds to hand United the title in 2002/03 season also comes to mind).

Face it guys, we were outclassed by the Spuds both legs, and it would have really been unfair for us to have gone through, Spurs deserve to go through (as much as it pains me to say it ). Fair play to them. They should just do us all a favour and lose at the final now that would be a big laugh

By the way Tbk, Liverpool are even greater than ya'll when it comes to the league (football in England didn't start with the Premier league and SAF).

United can only claim superiority in the Prem league (present league format) as it is right now, but overall, Liverpool is the best team from England, if records are to be considered.
