You and i know that Chelsea's problems go way beyond tactics. There is a real bad vibe in the team, and players are not helping matters.

Basically they are just playing for pride, they don't see the leadership in the team (i also feel JT is becoming more of a liability, rather than an asset).

Thats why i said that, no matter the tactics, if you don't deal with the mental state of the team, some players will never pull their weight when it matters.

Drogba is just waiting for the season to end, Anelka doesn't know if he can fit in, Maluoda Is he even happy, Lamps is just going through the motions.
