Besides, whers are our naija musicians shouting my money long like blablabal, biko, buy Eyimba nd pay neymars salary na. |

Arrived at p.o.e gorge bush airport, got to cbp, questions are below
What's your purpose for visiting? Told them What do you do? Told them How long are you staying? Told them How much is with you? Naso lady shout escort!! I was subjected to secondary screening reason being when i got down from plane, was really tired, so i didn't answer her questions with full confidence, That made her put me in for secondary inspection.. Got to the cold room, was really shivering, my passport nd my phone was collected, my phones where latee given to me. Inside the room, after waiting for some minutes close to an hour, a white man called me, asked me the same questions all over and asked why i didn't travle with my grandma cos we went for the interview together, i told hime she was stronh so she couldn't fly. Passport got stamped, the white man apologised for putting.me in a cold place, he escorted me out nd i picked my bag nd went straight out.. Uncle was already waiting. Gotta rest.. Thanks everyone! Note- i went with ogbono and egusi soup, i just declared them, bag was checked nd i went my way. |

Thanks a whole lot, its my first time. You guys give life saving informations. KaptainAfrika: If this is your first time of travelling, I would recommend waiting for your grandma. Just to be on the safe side. But if you will miss the purpose for the trip, you can travel alone and reasonably explain why you had to to go without Grannie. What do you think? |

I was at the program live this morning, he actually spoke in parables and there were some things he said before that quote such that if you don't get the pretext of the sermon before the quote, you won't get the whole gist. The program was for singles, he shared a story about a guy that got married to the wrong lady becos he put physical things above spiritual things, the marriage started having issues thw first day after wedding, he den came about that post. So pls, before you say he's talking trash, do yourself good, listen to the sermon then judge afterwards. |

Thanks. This question is a little bit off this thread but ur suggestions r very much needed. Where can one buy dollars for BTA at reasonable rates? Thanks worry357: Make very sure that it does not have job stuff or your CV on it! Also no political material and check facebook groups and contacts. If they look at it and find such things you can be on the next plain home! |

Guess it was the Chinese american that asked you this question. I was also asked the same questin. Congrats Terminalia: Hello house. Thanks for the good works, I must tell that I learnt a lot from here. DH n I went to our interview on the 8th of february and below is the transcript: Vo: hello, passports please. So why are u going to the US Dh: Vacation Vo: OK, where do work Dh: I work wt bla bla n my duties are......... Vo: What server does your company use (DH is an engineer) DH: (told him) Vo: so what is the most challenging part of your job Dh: (didn't hear that so I spoke) Me: told him Vo:hmmm seems you know a lot about your husband's job, is he a supervisor DH n I : no Vo: (to me) so u work with beep as a customer service officer, tell me what you do Me.: told him Vo: what is the most challenging part of your job Me: told him Vo looking surprised) why? Me: well I have to make sure our ATM pays our customers Vo: so you call your husband when the ATM is down right? (general laughter) Me: No, we don't work with the same organization Vo: do u have any contact in the US Me: No, that's why we booked an hotel. U wanna see the confirmation Vo: no. Any children yet? DH n i: no Vo: have traveled out for the country before DH n i: no Vo: OK, pick up your visa on Monday. He gave us d white paper n said some few things which I didn't hear.
Thanks Ladyguinevere, kaptainafrika and the rest. God bless y'all P. S. Though I used an agent, I made sure he filled our forms with the truth( dh already paid him before I stumbled on this thread). He advised us to lie, that we should tell the vo that we have a kid but I declined. The truth always pays. I have made up my mind not to use an agent again, they might spoil one's chances. Also, prayer works. We prayed like we didn't plan. We studied our ds-160 forms like we were to write an exam on it. My observation: a lot of people were issued visa that day. Guess twas a good day at the embassy. |
