How do you manage outbounding so many domains. With all the new Gmail restrictions and spam issues

I have about 50+ email addresses logged in my phone so I don't stress an email address with a lot of work.

I send 70 to 80 emails per email address.

I don't over use sales letter. I try to change or rephrase my message.

I write simple sales letter. No long talk.

Before I use an email address, I confirm if it is delivering to inbox by sending to one of my email or to a friend.

And yes I sometimes encounter spam issues. If an email deliveres to spam, I switch to another email.

I have two phones with two different sets of emails. I use them simultaneously, definitely all emails and also not all phones would misbehave.

I have another sets of emails not logged, I remove the problematic ones and replace if they are plenty.


Sometimes it is the email address, sometimes your sales letter leading to spam.

How my 2025 went.

Acquired 280 domains. (106 during one dot com $1.9/2 point something promo, while the remaining from Dreamhost, unstoppable and Z for $5). GEO/EMD. All hand reg.

I've probably worked on around 65% once and yet to work on 35%.

I worked on around 17 to 23 names monthly. Manual scraping and outbound.

Made 7 sales jan, 5 feb, 1 March, 3 April, May 0, June break , July 2, August 6, September 2, October 2, November 2, December 3.

Sold 33 total, all afternic lander. $369 average sale price. Sold only 2 from first email. The rest are offers which could even be at first email. While few are after price drops.

$12,179 before commission.
$9,326 after commission and expenses.

I price 988 for Geo while 1455 for EMDs. I send total of 4 to 5 emails follow up and stop at $300. I plan to do price drops to 150 or 100 when I revisit the domains for second round of outbound however I'll start from 988/1455

I counter or not to offers depending on the situation at hand.

Few tips that might help.

Utilize promos. I would have spent around $2,500 to acquire 280 names but it only cost me $1,117 or my $1,117 would have bought just around 124 domains. Good thing is that I still have domain to be busy on going to 2026.

If I see a niche, I check if there are cities or EMD available using namebright bulk searche. I Check if there are endusers. I find niche through sales reports, while scraping, or just when browsing/surfing the net or in my environment.

While scraping, you can sometimes find endusers email from their Facebook page. If no Facebook page or icon in the site, simply write "Facebook" in the front of the Business name or website in the search bar and search. It would bring out the Facebook page if there is one. Write " owner" or "leadership" if you want to find who the owner is.

Simple sales letter to control spam issues.

You can't just register 3 names and wonder why you didn't make 6 sales. Numbers is a big factor in this game. Register, work it and go to the next.

For every sale report you see, there are handful that didn't get sold.

In everything I use common sense, I evaluate options, consider pros and cons then decided what I prefer.

Everyones journey would be different because our creativity differs, information we have is different, how we assimilate and use information is different... Just do your best.

The girl is just 13 she has been working since June last year by doing domestic work for a woman.

Around 5/6 morning she visit the woman house i.e before going to school, wash plate, sweep her compound and fetch water with bucket or basin since no water source in the house. Then in the evening she visit the house around 4/5, she wash plate, refill water again. Additionally on Saturdays, she wash clothes of 2 of the woman's children.

She do this for everyday of the week excluding Sundays for this family of 6(the couple + 22, 12 years children while the other two are less than 10) . She don't live with them but only visit to perform this chores and leave immediately when she's done. They only pay her 3,000 a month.

From my findings her father is late, the mother collects her salary. Her salary is being used as as school fees(3k) when ever school fees payment arise since her madam also work in her school.

I don't have much but I plan to pay for all her school fees if this would save this innocent little girl from what she's passing through. My concern is her madam would go free and most definitely employ another minor because before this current girl she employ a girl not upto 10 years but later sack her because she can't keep up with work.

I don't know why or what kind of mother would allow her child to undergo this for just 3k? Or how evil and wicked can one be to employ this minor as a maid more so paying her just 3k.

Please where or what agency can I report this to? I think the mother needs serious counseling/brain and sense while the madam pay for this wickedness. This is happening in Taraba state

You can't restrict a whois information, you can only have domain privacy where the registrant info are hidden.

Advice: Read nothing less than half of this thread if you are serious about this business.

It all boils down to availability of funds. If they had adequate funding, they will mechanize their practice and upgrade themselves in the latest farming technology.

My observation was on commercial farmers who spend a lot on their farms.

Well that's because you're probably an Internet-farmer who doesn't knows the cost of getting such equipment. And before you start lashing, hear me out regarding the more complex issues hindering such from happening :

1. Farming in Nigeria is tedious work, and the government has done nothing in terms of information dissemination regarding modern farming methods and using specialized equipment. In essence, they are not creating awareness amongst the farmers who still practice subsistence farming with crude tools.


2. Purchasing such equipment is expensive and requires "connections". And most farmers in Nigeria are subsistence farmers who are basically poor and do not have the support of government in acquiring such.

3. Most farmers in Nigeria, are basically illiterates of which the bulk comes from Northern Nigeria. These farmers don't bother to update themselves in mordern means of farming, and believing it is "haram" to do so. So they prefer sticking to the old ways of farming : by using sticks and cutlasses.

I never said I was a farmer.

So money is the problem. Thus I only post this pictures which might cost a lot. But when you check you can still see some very basic simple equipments which wouldn't cost a lot which would go a long way in reducing labor cost but we don't use them here.

And am referring to commercial farmers who spend a lot on their farms. I don't expect subsistance farmers to own this.

Why is it that Nigerian commercial farmers don't make use of some simple handheld farm equipments or machines that are used for land cultivation, weeding, planting, spraying and so on. which I see Asian farmers utilizing.

Is it that they are not efficient or cost effective?

And if you are using one, what is the experience like. Would you advise someone to get them?
