BusinessRe: Interested Partners For The Haulage Biz Meet Here by LTSHANGY: 2:23pm On Sep 21, 2013
Mr Patric, what is maximum number of partners eligible for this maiden company, haulfast logistics or is it limitless??
BusinessRe: Interested Partners For The Haulage Biz Meet Here by LTSHANGY: 6:23pm On Sep 09, 2013
I want to believe that the board of directors and everybody concerned knows that this company is still at the toddler stage and TRANSPARENCY is the key word for the growth of this company. therefore, it should be a win-win situation for every partner(pioneer and general partners alike). No side-biz should be allowed. I advocate for a legal action against defaulters. Please kindly send the company's account number to my email m4meks@yahoo.com, thank you.

@spat, This is a success-minded story so far, i've been following this thread silently since it's inclusion. I was being wary as to which direction this innovative idea will eventually lead to, i want to be a part of this maiden company success story. I will meet up with the rest of the you in due time, Thank you.

@Op, Am quite dumbfounded at the level of your pessimism and without doubt that your hatred for our dear president has totally beclouded your sense of reasoning, people like you are not even meant to be called NIGERIAN. You pulled out this degrading article from God knows where just to spite our president? Nigeria's landmark successes under the imcubent president are too overwhelming that i refuse to give this anti-GEJ article a pinch of salt. Thank you.

zaandrew: It is land they gained from you. Swaziland has a land cliam on SA. You think with care about them

The artical was posted long time ago. You even posted some of the info. So I feel no need to repost it since you know what I am talking about.

No the artical he posted showed that they were forced out of the base and the sudan army saved the day.

Only fools like you cliam we ran away. We withdrew due to haveing no legit mandate to remain in car.

And he is just a man. If zuma dies does that mean sa will stope being sa?

Firstly most rhino poachers are atctualy ex milltary from mozbque. Second post a proof that a sa solder has been killed by a poacher. No menstion has been made to that effect.

And 100 sucide bombs would shut down any city with fear and panic.

What why would we leave beacause of sucide bombers. We stayed during the early 1990s when we where on the brink of civil war, we would want reveng not flee in tero.

Really then why where sa solders the only force that stood there ground in car while the rest ran away. You are fool the whole world knowes this.

Maj. Headache:
keep smiling and dancing and suffering.

Every institution in this country has gone to the dogs. The military is rotten to the core.
From my personal experience working with the military I can tell you authoritatively that there are some army officers who shy from given commands to NCOs from a certain religious and sectional background for fear of outright disobedience.

I know this. The Nigerian Military is dominated by northern mulsims and the NCOs from this segment make it clear that they wont take orders from a kaffir.

You have serious problems brewing.
And the C.O.A.S is??

blackchris: DESPERADO grin grin grin

so wikipedia is now your most reliable source of information abi.. am beginning to understand the source of your ignorance.

NAF has more than 15000 personnel, 8 military transport plane(four operational while the remaining will finish upgrade before next year). so your source of info in highly inaccurate.

i don't know why you people like to live in denial. your generals have said it themselves that your military is dead. so who are you to challenge their statements?

almost all your helics and jets are grounded due to lack of maintenance, you transport plane... your 60 years old transport planes have been grounded for months. so why the lies?

Not one of the SA Air Force’s (SAAF) 18 Agusta A109 helicopters is currently flying because there are no funds to use them operationally, the Afrikaans daily Beeld reports.

Along with the mothballing of 12 Gripen fighters as well as the under-utilisation of the remaining 14, this means a second aircraft type obtained as part of the Strategic Defence Acquisition Package are not being used, according to the paper’s specialist defence writer Erika Gibson.

“The Air Force, as with the entire SANDF is suffering as a result of government’s inability to decide what it wants from its military.

“An air force without fighters is a dead duck in the African military context. A defence force without helicopters and transport aircraft is a dinosaur in a swamp. An army without attack and transport helicopters is a lame duck and a navy without maritime helicopters and maritime patrol aircraft is blind,” was how the Defence Review Committee member reacted to the A-109 grounding coupled with other current equipment shortcomings in the SANDF.

http://www.defenceweb.co.za/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=31305&Itemid=108

With the country’s military watchers united in their view the SA Air Force (SAAF) is fast approaching crisis point in terms of operational ability

He also points out the SAAF definitely needs more equipment.

“The need for new transports to replace the 50-year-old C-130BZs, maritime patrol aircraft and unmanned aerial vehicles won’t go away just because the operational budget has been squeezed.

http://www.defenceweb.co.za/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=31330&Itemid=108

you don't have an air force. and you @msauza know absolutely nothing about Nigeria. period

i repeat. build your military capabilities first before you can talk of fighting anyone. case closed
You are wasting your time chatting with these boys, bro.

Brothers, a fool is someone who does not know, does not know that he does not know and do not want to know, the description is best attributed to CraigB. Its better to ignore the fool and have a tete a tete with MIKE ZA, I think he knows 1 or 2 about military equipments. This is not a forum for country bashing but it is a platform to weigh the powers of two great, influencial countries in africa(NIGERIA AND SOUTH AFRICA) and see which of the twothat far outweighs the other militarily. Last word for CraigB from me: there's a cartoon network on dstv, its specially meant for your age grade. Do visit it. U might learn quite alot from it(that is, if you ever learn).

NaijaPikinGidi: I am enjoying my idle time like this ... seeing a CrayFish go bunkers for something he feels so hurt about! A picture you could not analyse for the most obvious details! You are so hilarious!
Hilarious? That guy does not know how to argue with facts, he just insults and abuse you without the least provocation. If this is what SA schools produces then i am afraid, it's quite dismal and unfortunate, shameful!
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by LTSHANGY: 3:08pm On Aug 06, 2013
CraigB: The point is if I'm a child (I suppose this is an insult in Naai-geria grin), then there's nothing wrong with acting like one.

You're are apparently mature. But you're an idiōt.

It's not education level, you say?

Ok then, bright spark, explain the usage in the picture.
well.. U introduced the word 'education' in a bid to insult me, now you dare ask me to explain its usage in the picture? Na garri full dis guy brain o..
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by LTSHANGY: 3:02pm On Aug 06, 2013
Mike..ZA:
It is not about numbers or size. Here the thing if Nigeria and South Africa were gonna go down the war path .First Relations between both would deteriorate, then indirect threats would be exchanged followed by UN sanctions and International arms ermbargo. Now here's why South Africa is above the rest: Seeing war was on the way both countries start preparing and re arming their armed forces. With this point mentioned we know which country is capable of producing Artillery systems, war planes and tanks.
Am sorry, that is definitely not an answer to my question. More over, Producing war planes and tanks will not be a problem for Nigeria. Artillery system? Hahaha. Please, answer my question.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by LTSHANGY: 12:02pm On Aug 06, 2013
CraigB: Merely looking at YOUR comments, anyone can easily decipher your EDUCATION LEVEL; and that of your intelligence.

This being what matters the most, don't you think?
What is your point, really? You are the most clueless south african kid here.. FYI, its EDUCATIONAL LEVEL!
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by LTSHANGY: 8:06am On Aug 06, 2013
CraigB: Blerry excuses!

You should know by now that unintelligent insults from Naai-gerian beings don't work on me.

The very fact that you can't contain yourself and must respond directly goes to show how much truth there is in what you've read. You've been bliksemmed.

You are a retàrd. You hear? A country operating thousands of miles from home cannot be likened to a country that is operating at home, with all the apparatus of the state available to it.

I don't care if we're talking about the US here. AMERICA was in the Taliban's turf when the Afghanistan attacks happened. Give it a rest, will you?

Number two: Pentagon attacks. The Pentagon was merrily attending to its daily business. They were not at war. You were!

You're supposed to be wide awake against the very enemy that has now attacked you. But you were either sleeping or weak. Eitherway, you are not worth listing as a force anywhere.

As for your Islam argument; enough already. Just because you're Hausa doesn't mean you need to plant stüpid arguments about Islam even and where they don't fit.

We're talking incompetence here.

You're henceforth ranked at number 50.

Your son should have refused to come out of your wife's womb.

Having a father like you is a curse! Being born in Naai-geria is a curse. It's double jeopardy for your son -- and your wife, seeing as she has to deal with your dumbing down the gene pool.

Not to mention your uneducated tantrums. A 48 year-old near-man throwing his toys out the cart and putting his loud voice where his brain should be. Sies!
CraigB, How old are you?Mere looking at your comments, anyone can easily decipher your age.

The Nigerian military just hate being lazy, i just kept wondering why they had always allow shekau to escape.. Then i realise, they just want to know all his hide-outs, his name will have to be changed to 'NOWHERE TO RUN'.. Talking about military equipments and all, we are looking at the best we can get with a possible technology transfer and minimal maintenance cost. THE AIRFORCE went for HONGDU L-15 FALCON JETS(btw,a fighter jet is being developed locally, might be unveiled in 2015), THE NAVY ARE STILL LOOKING UP FOR THE GERMAN MEKO-CLASS FRIGATES, THE ARMY ARE VERY SECRETIVE WITH THEIR CHOICE.. TIME WILL TELL.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by LTSHANGY: 7:23am On Aug 05, 2013
Aguagust, i must really confess that you are the most enlightened on military matters in this forum. The missiles being developed at Epe, Lagos are being discovered to be anti-submarines and anti-ship missiles. The Nigerian navy are working round-the-clock to be near-perfectly efficient in naval warfare. Currently acquiring ASW skills in pakistan.

CraigB: We've heard this song a million times. It's become tired and tiring.

The bombs and bullets will continue to ring out all the way into infinity. You've killed a Boko leader before. It stopped nothing. As it is, you're giving us your wishes.

And don't let me pull out links about GEJ's very recent request for the military to find "new ways" to deal with they issue.

There's no victory. You can't get rid of the disunity problem, even if Shekau were to die. It's deep-rooted.
You are not quite far from the truth, the bullets will keep on flying and hitting targets. But permit me to quickly point out to you that no country is immune to insurgency. then, the capability of a country to contain that insurgency speaks volume of the country's security outfit. Britain, India and Nigeria readily comes to mind. Insurgency is not new to Nigeria, the 1980s maitaisine insurgency led by shehu maikaniki killed thousands of Nigerians before Gen Buhari launched a military offencive against maitasine, forcing them to retreat to the mountains before subdueing them with a hail of airstrikes(this happened while under UN sanctions). Boko haram will be long gone in no distant time. Talking about links, what's keeping you?
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by LTSHANGY: 10:58pm On Aug 04, 2013
CraigB: You can't clear anything up.

I point you to Boko Haram.

That alone tells us you're talking nonsense.

People are dying by the dozen!
boko haram is now in near-extinct. Since Nigeria launched a major military offences code-named 'OPERATION BOYONA', boko haram can only hit soft targets nw(when was the last time you heard abt church bombing?). The good news is that malam shekau has been deposed of, he is at the point of death as we speak after been shot at by his own men. Thats a military victory, my brother.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by LTSHANGY: 10:37pm On Aug 04, 2013
let me clear all south africans on an issue.. Since 1960, Nigerian has been experiencing tribal and regional fuss, but nevertheless, we have shown the world that truelly, our UNITY IS PERFECTLY HIDDEN IN OUR DIVERSITY!.The 'disunited' Nigerian military waded into the liberian/sierra leone wars nd fought for 10 years(1990-2000) as ecomog. The military recorded huge success despite being under sanction. More than 9000 'disunited' Nigerian soldiers took path in those wars(operation 'death before dishonour' had already taken place at mammy yoko hotel where a 'disunited' nigerian platoon withstood a sierra leonian rebel force of 3000 men). In 1983, a 'disunited' nigerian army repelled an invading chadian military units than has occupied 13 nigerian islands off chad basins, recapturing the islands in a duo-service operations(army and airforce), they went on to seize 21 chadian islands, only to return them back. In 1993, after a little military skirmishes with cameroun,a 'disunited' Nigerian 3 brigade attacked, occupied and possessed the bakassi peninsular, repelling all camerounian army(with the french help) attempts to retake the bakassi peninsular thus began a 19-year long occupation of the bakassi peninsular. This 'DISUNITED' Nigeria can and will wage war on any element that threatens its sovereignity.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by LTSHANGY: 8:59pm On Aug 04, 2013
please, my fellow NIGERIANS, You don't have to blame the south africans for their mistakes and erred comments. They (south africans) have failed to realise the huge gap between the apartheid SADF and post-apartheid SANDF. The SADF was a hugely strong military, well equipped and well funded. This present SANDF is nothing to write home about, budget constrains has forced them to ground their grippens and rooivaks. They re not well funded and equipped. This is my ranking
1) EGYPT
2) ALGERIA
3) NIGERIA
4) SOUTH AFRICA
5) ETHIOPIA
6) ZIMBWABWE
7) MORROCCO
cool SUDAN
9) KENYA
10) CHAD
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by LTSHANGY: 3:25pm On Aug 04, 2013
I stopped commenting on this topic a long time ago due to 2 main factors
1) I have observed from the numerous comments that EGYPT is undisputedly the strongest military force in Africa.
2) that this topic has for a long time now been derailed, it has now been reduced to a platform for country bashing and name-callings(between south africans and Nigerians).
Lemme make my points, the NIGERIAN ARMED FORCES is a lean, highly skilled, proffesional fighting force. Having been active 1959, there have never been a single idle moment for the military, being the most feared military in Africa, they have just recorded the first military feat in africa, in the just concluded AFISMA operation in mali, they took the town of banambe without firing a single shot. No Africa nation would want a conflict with Nigeria(i bet the chadians won't forget the island war of 1983(undocumented)in a hurry). NIGERIA has military pacts with russia, ukraine, india and china(formost military equipments manufacturers on earth).
PoliticsRe: Nigerian Troops Begin Withdrawal From Mali Today by LTSHANGY: 1:35pm On Jul 31, 2013
THE PREMIUM TIMES are truely not competative in the media world. THE MILITARY ARE LEAVING MALI NOT BECAUSE OF THE BOKO HARAM INSURGENCY BUT THE FACT IS THAT THE MALIAN OPERATION IS NO LONGER AN AFISMA OPERATION, IT IS NOW A UN OPERATION(MINUSMA). IN PROTEST TO THE RWANDAN GENERAL APPOINTMENT, THE NIGERIAN MILITARY WILL ONLY DEPLOY A LEVEL 2 MILITARY HOSPITAL, A FULL SIGNAL SQUADRON AND THE POLICE UNIT.

First and foremost, Nigeria is a regional super power in the sahel region of the western part of African, do not worry abt those old weapons, we have more modern weapons than we wil eva know, all stacked away at our military depot. Defence pacts have been signed with Russia, ukraine and China for deliveries of weapons in war times.. We are manufacturing long-range missiles at epe, lagos(tested seven so far). The airforce re manufacturing anoda jet fighter(not the beetle), will be unveiled in 2015. The navy re working on a larger warship(Andoni p2000) will be unveiled nxt year. We re d most feared military in Africa(never lost a battle).
