Eat heavily if u want to bulk up. What I do is I eat carelessly lots of eba, vegetable soups, beans, rice meats, fish at time 7 eggs at once. Careless eating for two weeks, then I workout like crazy for the next 30days whilst eating moderately with lots of fruits and akamu with milk as breakfast during this 30 day window most days I skip lunch and some nights I just eat 4 boiled eggs with bonga fish and sleep, then on my next 2 weeks rest I eat carelessly again. If u want to bulk eat food. Don’t forget ur daily dose of monkey tail, it’s good for sleep and recovery.
