Secondly according to Npower News, an Npower batch c volunteer with shortlisted written on his or her portal simply means that the Npower batch c volunteer was selected but not yet a beneficiary, the Npower batch c volunteer must wait in order to receive a validation message to confirm his or her status on the Npower Portal or directly use the Npower validation link https://validation.nasims.ng to maintain his or her status on the Npower Portal, all shortlisted Npower batch c volunteers will receive Npower payment but would have to be converted to beneficiaries first, although their have been reported cases of shortlisted Npower batch c volunteers receiving their Npower payment even though they are yet to be made beneficiaries on their Npower Portal.
