P.s apart from the validation using the link we didn't do any thumbprint or anything else, this morning his dashboard changed to beneficiary

ok. In the whatsapp group which I am , I never see anyone that' got paid shaa.
What about those who did their validation, but their dashboard is still showing applicant and payroll is showing empty. ??
