Yes, There are many offline shooter games like call of duty... Dead effect, NOVA, Critical Ops etc.

It uses Bluetooth and is compatible with phones, but it installs as keyboard/mouse on my PC making it virtually unusable for games. That's why the dongle is needed. The USB cable only powers it.

Is that not the cable, what do you need the dongle for? If it's a charging cable, then it probably uses bluetooth

The game is a very worthy substitute to PUBG. Though it is not global and so if you wanna update you'd have to download the entire game again via a third party site

The vram isn't the only thing that matter. It also depends on the generation of the GPU. A game could run on GTX 1050 with 2GB and won't on GT 730 4GB

The ram is too low first of all and I don't see your graphics card in the listings. It could run with some tweaks but, with lags and crashes here and there. Just get FIFA 1. Not to sound harsh but, your processor is the only upto-gaming-task part of your PC
