Abraham said he wanted to be part of England's golden generation. https://www.nigerianews360.com/tammy-abraham-tells-rohr-i-want-to-be-part-of-england-golden-generation/ so I dunno y we still look in his direction,he definitely won't look back at us unless england dumps him... forgiveness: I think dat is the best thing to do next in order to lure the good ones to play for us and I believe that our qualication to the world cup will almost play a major part in tempting them to play for us.
Recently, Onomah is doing wonders in his club and if he continues, o boi the boy become another Dele Alli.
He's too good to be ignored.
Honestly, Onomah can bench Etebor or Alex Iwobi in the AMF role. You can take that to the bank.
We need to approach Ademola-lookman now before it's too late.
I hope Abraham soft pedal in his goal pursuit else England will cast their covetous preying eyes on him.
Once, we get any of these players that won the U20 World Cup then I am definitely sure Dominic Solanke will realise he is the only one dreaming of England golden era. |

Bros e Don still do na...which level?? forgiveness: Not so fast.
@bolded suggest otherwise looking at your past comments.
You were busy looking out for who is from one particular section of the country. Abi dat one too na Football analyses?
Initially, they said I am PRO-YORUBA but when facts began to stair dem 4 faces dat I have defended players from all sections of the country, they coined 'na Igbo hater' smh!
Where dem see me mention Igbo for this thread, even in politics section, I avoid addressing people by tribe. In short, I coined the word Westerner, Easterner etc on this forum.
Record is there for all to see... Heee! Some has been deleted due to the attack on Nairaland.
I go show snapshot of all the parts of the country I have died for here and no one should change mouth when dem see the people dem suppose I hate.
One even said I stopped talking about Ebuehi because of Aina when it's dam obvious that I have not been active on this thread for months.
Is Aina even eligible to play for Nigeria? No
Then, how can I talk about one who is not cleared by FIFA for a crucial match against Cameroon?
Some people mind shallow, Walahi!
Below is the snapshot of the genesis of name or tribe checker. Guess who?
Joseph and I had a heated argument about who is better between Solanke and Iheanacho.
My opinion then and even till date is that Solanke is a better player than Kelechi.
Remember, Solanke never win U20 World player of the Tournament ooooooo but I still knew he was that good.
Behold, Solanke is benching experienced and more expensive players than himself at LIVERPOOL.... I no go talk further....
You all know the rest.
But Icon4s, with his google of tribalism started pointing to tribalism when there was nothing of such.
Abi na Tribalism carry Solanke reach where em dey.
People who cry tribalism are weak minded souls looking for the easiest way to shun and shut down a reasonable and constructive argument. |

Has history not proven to us DAT African teams and their physical way of playing is only good wen playing other African opponents?... Weneva African teams go against d tactically clever European, or south american teams they quickly realise DAT football is all abt brain, skill and just a little physicality... Let's look towards building a team DAT can play good football and not just a pack of muscle heads Dats only know how to out muscle opponents....unless world dominance is not in our plans for our team... AIG07: I can count the numbers of time Iwobi has been played out of position in SEs. He is amazing whenever he plays... But there is still this african football that is missing in his game. Don't you wonder why he is easily dispossesed? The culture is missing.
On Ebuehi, why hasn't rohr handed him an official debut?
Finally I see these (foreign guys) 'atohunrinwa' to be more useful against non african opponents. |

Icon4s: Bros if you have been on this thread long enough you'll know I should be the last moniker to hype Iheanacho.
I know how I continuously poured cold water on guys here hyping Iheanacho putting him on the same level, if not above, Messi and Ronaldo.
But, I can tell you that though Iheanacho may not presently be looking like a player that would take the world by storm as earlier predicted, he is our most lethal striker. It is no hype.
Create chances for Iheanacho to score and see whether he wouldn't rattle the net severally.
Our opponents now know that Iheanacho needs the balls to score. Cut him off supply and he will be a passenger on the field.
Now what I expected of the technical crew is to device a set up that will make the midfield and AM creative enough to dis-organize our opponent's midfield and defense and Iheanacho will continuously find himself in good scoring positions. You saw how Chile did this against Cameroon and Vargas, but for his poor finishing, would have scored at least 3 goals that night.
Sending Iheanacho to the bench and fielding another striker without our midfield and AM being creative enough is like moving from frying pan to fire.
Talking about creativity that is why I am not just of the opinion that Iwobi should be sent to the bench against Cameroon. Apart from physicality you also need creativity to beat a team like Cameroon. I have severally thought of Iwobi being played as the CM and Ndidi DM and Mikel as the AM.
Iwobi hardly makes wrong passes. His through balls are almost always perfect. He is a more creative player than Etebo. Etebo can play from the wings while Iwobi plays the CM role. Mikel and Ndidi to provide physical support to Iwobi. this should settle this dispute...well said sir |

komekn: Firstly, I said KC has done exceptionally well. City is a world class top club with a huge brand and money to spend. That comes with huge expectations and pressure on both players and managers.
I do not recall one player that has come out of City's academy in the last 7/8 years that has had the meteoric rise KC has had. That's an achievement. Please let TheGoodJoe correct me or inform of us these stats. I almost certain that KC has broken a number of records at City in modern times.
Your claim smacks of premeditated sentimental prejudice.
I have never said that KC is not good, I have said repeatedly he is exceptional. But he is not World Class yet or one of the top strikers in the world. If indeed you wish to call him a striker or No.9
I said that staying at City is still a viable option. I alluded to the performance of Delph waiting for his chance now it seems he has fought his way into the team.
KC can still do the same. Or he can move to another team if City will let him go.
Isaac Success in my opinion considering his price tag and supposed hype. Is still currently a waste man. I haven't changed my opinion. He has been in the EPL and he has done nothing and doesn't look like he will do anything.
The claim you make, the see the bold is a very strong indeed. But please I am open to criticism and will not be offended in fact I might be encouraged to see your point of view.
Be specific, objective and not evasive show who I defended with bias and how I am the most biased in this thread. I dunno if d guys currently breaking into pep's squad will still be der Wen d injured gundogan ND Gabriel return. |
