Thankfully Amaju is not ignorant of the dynamics of football marketing and value associated with national allegiance.

Soon Eberechi Eze will be playing for Nigeria, my expectations before the end of January or sooner.
I only see that happening if he somehow doesnt continue progressing as he is now...

Mr Southgate,

They say Common sense isnt common.
I was going to write a long epistle
on how ur comment was both rude
and slightly disappointing,
given the fact that i have never insulted
or ridiculed u on this thread...

but then i thought abt how pointless it would be given how you are the most sound minded and unbiased and unsentimental moniker in your own eyes....

well, lady x made a comment abt ex chelsea players flopping...u responded by calling non chelsea players..i drew ur attention to the comment, and you decided to go low...very low....

Well abt nepa...the assumption that i live in Nigeria...or dat i live in an area wer power is a challenge is just comical. grin grin grin

komekn:

You jumped in to add your view but it's jaundiced because its based entirely on perception not facts.

But very disappointing because these are facts easily established by reading the her posts and the subsequent follow up posts.

But in case NEPA cease light for your side and as such you could not see. Look at the screen shot and the comments in bold.

So what would you call your comments Objective, Balanced or something else.

See bad belle.

Can you tell us why the creme de La creme of Spanish football, that's Real and Barca always go shopping in the EPL.

It seems your dislike and prejudice towards Nigerian origin players in the UK has caused you to befuddled in your understanding of football.

Meanwhile tell us how Suarez, Ronaldo, Conte, and Bale were exposed in La Liga.

Your bad belle prejudice has not just blinded your eyes but your sense of reasoning as well.

Some folks n their reasoning dey tire me atimes. So Rohr n the nff should just invite a foreign born player whom they not re sure of him having the ambition to play for 9ja without consulting him first?

Before keshi invited balogun he called him personally to know if he is interested to be a member of his team. It's unprofessional to pencil down the name of kids born abroad for an invite to our national teams without atleast reaching out to them first.

Even the likes of Aina, Iwobi, ebuehi, Ekong, victor moses, Anichebe etc were all contacted by one way or the other before they were invited to the national team.

The case of this kids are different to that of kids groomed in Nigeria who re automatically obligated to accept a call up even when they re yet to be approached by anyone from the glass house.

Even I remember so may years ago Obafemi martins initially rejected his first invitation to the national team with an excuse that he wants to solidify his place in inter milan's team then and when that was achieved he made his debut against Ireland in an international friendly.

Some here behave as if they know it all but thier post on certain issues here expose their ignorance.

Eze was in the get together organized by the nff few years ago in UK as an unknown quality but his fortunes have changed and after being capped by the English u20 side and currently having a good season with the possibility of moving to the almighty epl in few months time and a recall to the English u21 mooted in the media in the next fifa break, the nff and Rohr did the right thing to contact him to know his stand on repping us in the future which the young man informed them that he needs more time and I don't blame him for that because he has to make the best decision for his young career.

Lets try to be sincere to ourselves rather than castigating and vilifying the nff and Rohr for not inviting him without his consent which will even make mockery of the German and nff chiefs to the outside world.

The area I blame Rohr was not capping him since last season though the lad wasn't consistent then. I once advocated for fast integration of this kids most especially the talented ones to our national teams when they re yet to hit stardom but I was insulted here and labeled an ass licker.

Eze left the door open and their is still chances that he will play for us in the future so let's wait and hope for the best
May ur days be long...

Did england seek his consent before giving him that invite, knowing fully well that he once trained with us. You seek consent when the said player has played a competitive game or if it's ur first move. U don't seek the consent of a player that has trained with u, whose profile on every reputable website reads Nigerian, before giving him an invite.
Oga train... Nd play in an official team arent the same thing.... How are we even arguing something this basic?... So we should have just gone ahead to invite him??.. will dat have changed his response?... Are u guys implying dat asking him is now a wrong approach?... Or he would have given a different response?... Make una no de do like dis na

Nd now she has dated anoda man... U will just go nd ask her hand in marriage immediately u see her again because u once had a fling?.. knowing dat d moment she marries u.. she cant be with anoda man again... This thing is surprising me..they should just invite him wen he has represented another country after playing d warmup game for us... Can we name one example wer this happen without seeking d players consent... Please realise dat d moment he accepted d u_21 callup.. it nullified d warmup game he played for nigeria... Dat means something has changed and u have to talk to d player again b4 inviting him

Why una de talk like dis self... D reasoning pattern is disappointingly low... A coach dat wants to win trophies... Nd retain his job... Has d opportunity to get beta players nd he chose to keep players out so dat iwobi can play... Na iwobi dey pay he salary..??..u guys should seriously stop spinning dese conspiracy theories... Abeg!... Wat could possibly make him want to keep d boy out... If truly d process to switch him will take a while...den it will be best to act uninterested in him so d english FA doesnt fake cap d boy... Most people who collect salary have businesses, and clientele as well, from their jobs. Networking is easier when you already have the right contacts.

Salary employment will offee you job security for some time, as well as capital to build a business, and the right contacts.

Like I said, not everyone can be rich in this world. Only 100 people in the world make Forbes list, in a population of 7 billion people. Just choose what favors you and makes you happy, that's all.

I personally would not subscribe to salary employment, because it is not something I am comfortable with, but I won't advise anyone who prefers it, not to go for it. To each their own, I suppose.
