I just connect one decoder to the LNB and used LNB out of the decoder to connect the other .

It will work, but both channels have to be on the same polarity. If not your decoder will shutdown. It could damage your decoder

Its asking for a decryption key. Meanwhile, I was able to extract the bin file from the previous one using android simplerar app. But it still couldn't run on the decoder. it returned a "fail" query.

Do I need to extract the file? because when I inserted the flash and held t standby button, I received q "Fail" message. a when I tried extracting the file, I couldn't. i got an error message of no archive found

Does your lnb has a cover, is it placed in a way water goes into it? That may can cause loss of signal
