My Senator DSP Ike Ekweremadu has been outstanding, rate him 8/10.
I know some won't like my rating but I can tell you that he has performed more than some state govs.

I have said this before on this platform, that Nike(Nkanu people actually) , male up a huge part of Enugu metropolis including the north.
While Udi contributed Camp area, New market side, etc.
Ogui ,Asata, Obiagu, Njemanze, etc are all parts of Nike land and Enugu north. I don't know who contributed Independence layout, Ekulu, GRA, New Haven though.
But I can say that Udi and Nkanu contributed to the City .

Finally Nkanu is vast. Enugu south, East, North, and the core Nkanu hinterlands

Part of independence layout is owned by Ugwuaji (Nkanu) New haven & the other remaining part is owned by Nike (Nkanu).
Ekulu and part of GRA is Ngwo the part is Nike

what ugwuanyi has done is only roads too, and only in Nsukka urban. Chime left huge debt (the debt is justifiable, considering the transformation of Enugu city) and the economic hardship has affect allocation and IGR. Nkanu actually benefited most. Well apart from roads, sullivan also established Enugu state college of agriculture Iwollo, Ezeagu LGA which was later upgraded to Enugu state polytechnic Iwollo, you see, Nsukka still remain the least beneficiary in the state so i am still wondering why people are complaining

yes we are saying the same thing, i am in support of it, i am just correcting someone who was trying to claim that Ugwuanyi has done more for "his people" than what Nkanu governors did for "their people".

That's not Ugwuanyi's fault.

Yes ESUT,Airforce & Law School he influenced and I see it as a way of spreading development across the state, which ll help decongest Enugu town.

a lot of institutions were taken to Nkanu, ESUT, Law school, Airforce School and UNTH. Shagari was already constructing a world class UNTH at Obukpa near Nsukka town, when Jim Nwobodo stopped the project and converted an old hospital in Enugu to UNTH (UNTH old site). UNN was left with out a befitting teaching hospital for decades because of this, until Obasanjo answered our prayers and CHimaroke carried it to Nkanu again

FYI, UNTH Ituku/Ozalla has been under construction before 1999, when Obasanjo became President and Chimaroke became Enugu state gov. I can't really say which regime that start that project but am very sure work has been on going there even as of 1995, so Chimaroke has no hand in moving the teaching hospital there.
The real owners of that place is Ituku, in Awgu LGA, cos they ve about 80% of land used there.

It's not his birth right, but mind you that position doesn't have a capped minimum or maximum tenure.
And as it stands now if he decides to run for another tenure as a senator I can't see anybody standing on his way even the former gov. which he couldn't even do as a sitting gov.

The said building was used as party office during Chime's tenure as governor.
Before then the party office was at Zik avenue Uwani, during Chimaroke's tenure. And it was was to Luagard street same GRA immediately Ugwuanyi took over.
PDP Enugu state doesn't have a permanent party office.

Don't be in a hurry. Just as Mr yakubu was mentioned by the efcc as the one who kept almost 10m USD in inside a building in a fire-proof safe similar to the one in which the money recovered in ikoyi was kept, the efcc will in like-manner announce the person who kept the money in the apartment in due course. Nigerians are always in a hurry to know things. This is an intelligence issue which should be treated in like-manner. I'm sure you don't know ffk more than I do.
