Has anyone here heard about WCEP.

but lets be realistic, this topics must definitely come up in a conversation, it just depends on how a person goes about it. what do you do for a living, where do you stay. there's really nothing wrong just the manner of approach would hint you if there person is genuine or just a gold digger.
