yahooz: Good evening house... my Honda Civic 2007 manual car had a over heating issue over the weekend, some parts got damaged in the engine.
The mechanic checked and quoted the items below for me to get the car running...
-Set of coils -oil filter -engine oil Mobil -set of plugs new one -water pump new one -top gasket new -adjuster bearing -Engine oil measurement stick.
Is it wise to fix the engine? if yes @luvinhubby can you please quote your price as the car is in Oyingbo?
Thank you. Since it is a case of overheating, repair is the better option for you. |

We're talking about criminal act by an individual at national level and here you're saying it is between him and his constituency. You really know the law of the land, I must admit. Did you know that one lawmaker was sentenced recently because of certificate forgery? And Buhari who contested without WAEC certificate is not a criminal also? |

Justuceleague2: While I couldn't agree more with your sensible comment
I'd like to point out that most of them were evacuated immediately after the crisis, FG and Ooni provided security and transport for the hausa folks
Let's not forget hausas suffered 99.9% casualties, it was a mess
As such police wouldn't arrest innocent hausas just to Please the Yoruba
If that happens there'll be outcry in the north about how Northerners are being randomly arrested
I hope I made some sense No you did not. There were casualties on both sides, more Yoruba houses was burnt in the crises, and there were Ife indigenes that lost their lives also, your assertion that 99% casualty was Hausa is not only wrong but untrue. Does an evacuation immune a suspect from arrest? Were they taken to the moon, out of the reach of the police? The Yoruba houses burnt in Ife, were they burnt by Yoruba people also? |

baby124: Accusing the police of criminality is not a crime anywhere in the world. If you are a police officer you need more training. The things you say are mind boggling. The facts remain that kemi did not commit a crime, she was aressted illegally which is a kidnap. Any other argument here is a waste of time. They should release her immediately. If you have a case for her, she will be appearing in court this week, you are free to come canvass that before the magistrate and not on public forum, that is our law. For now, so long with your gullibility as Kemi remains imprisoned. |
Celebrities › Re: Release Kemi Olunloyo Unconditionally – Foreign Journalists Tell Nigeria Police by luvinhubby(m): 10:45am On Mar 26, 2017 |
baby124: If you aresst someone for a non criminal matter, it is kidnap. You are getting emotional without thinking clearly what words mean. Kidnap means taking someone against their will illegally, this is what the police did. That in and of it self is a crim against the police. It is not a false allegation. It's public knowledge they committed the crime. As for Kemi, she is only guilty of slander. If you know anything about this you better advise them to release her. If a competent lawyer takes up her case, it will be worse than Stephanie Otobo because we all know Kemi does not have chill in her dictionary. If you know my professional background, you will hesitate before referring to me as irrational. Has it occurred to you that there was correspondences between Kemi and Ibiyomie's before and after the publications? You can only speak to extent of what you, slander, the law enforcement acts based on series of investigations, interrogations and evidence gathering, so they know much more than you do. Accusing the police of criminality in the discharge of it's functions is a crime itself and what is illegal in arresting and arraigning a suspect before a magistrate? What Kemi has in her dictionary stays in her dictionary, if she breaks our laws, we arrest and bring her to justice. |

baby124: Is this a threat? I am not Kemi my dear, you and your co-collaborators will be exposed to the extent that your careers will be finished. Look, what cybercrime did she commit? You cannot just make blanket statements. From what is apparent she made an Instagram post. I ask you again, what cybercrime did Kemi commit. Police all over the world will make the information available. They will give access to lawyers and provide her bail. She did not commit murder, even if she committed a so called cybercrime which you know does not exist. You can't bully everyone, sorry. Where did you see threat in my post, stated the obvious for you when you said the Nigeria Police kidnap persons and that is a false allegation that can warrant an arrest. If cybercrime is blanket statement, what then is crime or criminality. Someone is charged for armed robbery and you are asking what type of armed robbery did he commit? If cybercrime does not exist, what then are Yahoo boys being arrested for? Wait till Kemi is arraigned for bail hearing to know the details of her crime before you continue blowing hot air. |

Celebrities › Re: Release Kemi Olunloyo Unconditionally – Foreign Journalists Tell Nigeria Police by luvinhubby(m): 9:42am On Mar 26, 2017 |
baby124: Before you arrest someone, you must have done your due diligence and should be confident in telling the public what the person you arrested has committed. If you are confident in that arrest. The police is yet to come out to say what exactly she is being held for. So I ask you again, what type of cybercrime did she commit? You seem to know about this case and you are obviously playing hide and seek because you know it does not have any merit. Kemi was kidnapped not aressted. They told you she was arrested for cybercrime and you are still asking for why she was arrested, is cybercrime not a crime in Nigeria? The details of her crime is meant for the courts and not media, if you are interested, attend her bail hearings this week, you will get more details there. Coming to arrests, law enforcers only needs proof that a crime has been committed from a petitioner or complainant to arrest a suspect, take statements and arraign before a judge. An arraignment does not conclude an investigation as investigations can continue even during trials and that is why you see prosecutors amend charges during trials. And when you say 'kidnap', you are opening yourself also for a possible arrests on grounds of false allegations as kidnap victims are taken to unknown/concealed destinations, but Kemi was taken before a judge. Pls take note. |
Celebrities › Re: Release Kemi Olunloyo Unconditionally – Foreign Journalists Tell Nigeria Police by luvinhubby(m): 9:20am On Mar 26, 2017 |
baby124: But you obviously don't know what she did. There is no evidence of cybercrime. Why have the police not come out to tell us what cybercrime she committed? Instead they are holding her illegally and kidnapped her. They are the ones that committed the crime her. Not Kemi. That is you presupposed assumption, policing requires that not all evidence gathered against a suspect are made public, they can only be presented before a judge. And the police do not tell journalists their evidences, they tell courts, and that they have done. |

By the way it's a shame on ajimobi that anyone can be kidnapped by police from his state and driven all the way to PH and locked up. Are their no jails in Ibadan if this case had any merit at all? This shows Ajimobi is lacking in his ability to protect the lives and rights of citizens in OYO. That is what you know, thankfully that is not what the police know and what the police know is why she was charged for cybercrime. |

Some persons are just allowing their personally grudges against established pastors becloud their sense of reasoning and are willing to grasp at any straw of negative publicity to malign pastors.
Everybody mentioned by this girl have denied her, her father and mother, all she did was make wild allegations without any single piece of cogent sentence or evidence. No photographs, no bank statements, no emails, no call logs, no SMS, no hotel lodging evidence, absolutely nothing and some persons choose to believe her against established conventions.
