I finally have the perfect solution for any kind of leak from that part. I serviced the part Honda said was non serviceable. Today mine is as dry as the Sahara and iVTEC works perfectly. I should put the procedure on my blog soon



What grade of oil do you use? P2647 more likely with using non recommended oil weights.
Sometimes an oil change takes care of the P2647. You just need someone that knows he's stuff to troubleshoot correctly; a loose connector to the VTEC pressure switch can cause it. If it doesn't go with an oil change, then you will need to change the VTEC oil pressure switch (Ensure you use the sensor that is black, if you use either the green or grey one [meant for different Honda's] the code will still come back)

The rocker arm itself allows some form of oil flow through it and the parking on it has a filter like element on it that filters the oil. If one delays repeatedly in oil change, dirt covers the face of the filter and it blocks oil flow and can trigger the code on sensor.

Frequent oil change.
Cleaning out the rocker arm once in a while
And replacing the small sensor on the arm solves the problems.

You don't have to keep deceiving yourself simply because you want to hate on Fashola. Work never stopped on the 2nd Niger bridge as you claimed. Just last month, government commenced payment of millions of naira in compensation to people whose properties will be affected in the next phase of work on the project. So, if the senate is cutting allocation to such an important project, you should be concerned because the eventual delivery of the project will be affected.

They have not finished the phase they are still at, currently abandoned, and you want me to believe compensation is still being paid for a project that has commenced.
And Senate explained that it was an across board reduction to accommodate other national capital projects, especially from the ones that had a private sector funding agreement like the Lagos - Ibadan road.

Fashola is just being criminally minded like the politician he is by going for total govt funding, against the PPP arrangement that will reduce govt funding and the attendant looting that follows it.

The last time I checked, road construction work is not like setting blocks. If you set some blocks and leave it there for a long time, you are likely going to meet it the way you left it except for dusts and the rest.

But for construction, once you leave it for sometime, you come back and spend more because it would surely deteriorate. For some you start again.

Let's learn to do fine jobs conclusively

Did you read where the NASS said the project was 30% complete with private sector funding and was on course for 2017 completion before the misadventure of Fashola and APC.
