@elelejande, bitter aspect the truth is you were really silly to have an opportunity to go to the UK and was in a position where you were caught drink driving and sent to detention! i go talk to you like small pikin and i go cause you well, well!!! but i go talk to you like my brother too. you had an opportunity to travel although under the wrong name yet you reach uk begin dey misbehave i hope you have learnt your lessons!good aspect according to the human rights law your girlfriend, since she has all what you say, she has the right to have you over here. even when it was the same name, there is every possibility that now that you have come clean and have served your detention they would consider your being genuine, it is on a case to case basis and you have to be true to this woman!!! they will grill your girlfriend so i hope she is strong enough to stand for you? note that: it will take time to come through because of all the issues involved on your side, but her right is her right. 1.find a human rights lawyer. 2. don't waste away while in naija, 3. make sure you get yourself occupied with other things (GOOD WORK, LEGAL TOO) 4. make sure you appreciate this woman or else god go punish youooo nb: she is an intelligent woman not to agree to marriage straight away!!! plus the fact that you used to live in the UK is enough to show that you used to know her, get the drift, |
the mere fact that you start a thread that makes no sense (in your own words in bold below although wrong in spelling) shows how un-intellectually inclined you actually are, not giving a feck about your stupid topic is not shallow and if that gives you a better understanding of who i am then i believe the shallow one is obvious. i]Can you list your 5 Most Respected Nigerians, either Living or Late. It was a bid difficult at arriving at my own 5 most respected Nigerians. lol what is intellectual about your stupid topic? look at the response and tell me. ode. @ buruntashi yes ooo you can! @willy willy i love you |

@Akolawole, do not doubt these ECO i go even discriminate and say most of them are idiots and do not understand what the law says, the statement you mentioned "Nigerians don't know the meaning of cousins, all of them are related". is gross! and i believe they would write such things because they know that (make i talk dis 1 4 pidgin) awon olodo na-im sum of us be! and there is 1% chance that we will take it up! the truth is i have seen worse written abt naijas. guess wha? most people writing these are naijas! so dont be fooled! yeye bush people! |
too much of a sensitive issue to discuss on a forum you should go to your bank and find out. who ever you are snding to should give you details of their account $10,000 allowed only at a go. |

Brownbaby HERE IS YOUR CASE AGAIN. I applied for UK student visa to a college in Uk in 2005, a college of university? was called for interview and was eventually refused in August 2005 (I paid oneyear tuition fee in full o, hmm!, i'm working with a airline and I had my company's approval letter to go on study leave attached, and my father as my sponsor whose statement of account and other documents were also submitted, his company letter (airline too) confirming he is still working and is capable of sponsoring his daughter and other vital documents i.e. admission letter from school, receipt of one year tuition payment, receipt showing reservation of hostel though rent not paid yet, evidence that i've been to the UK before though a long time ago) with option to appeal on the basis that: i hope you got a refund from the university? he (ECO) doesn't think i'll return because i'm not married, discrimination and he doesn't think my father will want to spend so much money on me(ridiculous ain't it). there should be proof even if this sounds ridiculous (by the way this people could be stupidooo) he doesn't think I will not fall back to depending on Public fund etc. arguable I appealed through a lawyer who took 600pounds for that service, hmm! it was an oral hearing. after a long time, I was £600 is ok told by my lawyer that we lost the appeal and he filed in for another on the basis that the judge could not see well ??and you were stupid to believe that therefore could not digest the content of my document well, blabla bla, so there was going to be a 'RECONSIDERATION HEARING' slated for April 2007 and i'm to pay the lawyer another 600 pounds. this smells of fraud and i bet this 'lawyer' is from where? this standard is strange of a UK lawyer then again when some humans are advicing the desperate and blind, they take advantage! the first £600 should have been enough if at all there is a second hearing because the case has not been completed don't be fooled! All the while AIT always sends me copies of dates of these hearings i.e the first and then the reconsideration hearing, I would have doubted the reconsideration hearing of a thing. (My lawyer is based in the UK). was that why u didnt doubt? My problem now is my lawyer and the AIT itself. your lawyer is more of a problem than the AIT my dear Obviously the lawyer is dubious (because i've not come accross any one testifying having payed such ridiculous amount on this thread). I hesitated paying the amount since I could not see any progress in the whole thing, but with persuasions and my helplessness i paid N50,000 and to him I have to balance N100,00. what was the outcome of the so called 'reconsideration'? Until I came across this topic on nairaland I never thought of calling the AIT. Presently I don't know the position of my appeal, (2) what do you think I could be the outcome considering the length of time. Less I forget I had to defer my admission. #################################################################### your case has taken too long its meant to be appealed within 28 days, and i have never heard of a case that lasts more than 2 years!!! deal with AIT yourself call them up, Give them your date of birth, name reference to your appeal etc go on their website. spend the more money speaking to AIT than your lawyer our people always tend to take advantage of us what a shame!!! |
@debouy this has taken a long time, if you are based in naija it would cost u a lot to reach these people you could call the AIT on this numble or log on to their site to find out more (0845 6000 877) give them the reference of your appeal, date of birth, passport number date that the appeal was submitted etc, |
funny thread! |
after reading this all i can do is share tears again for this country only that soon there would be no tears to share, i will turn my back against the forking dump those being maltreated seem to enjoy it. all of your that steal naijas money na god go punish all of una.your sickness will find no cure and your children will find no friends. @funloving i feel like you do |
@bankole As much as we cannot legislate morality or the way people dress, our girls are carrying it a little too far. senseless comment what determines what is oo far and what is not? that is ur own opinion, doesnt help this stupid power display A decent girl should dress appropriately and not like hooker. another senseless comment what is a decent girl? how do you measure that what is she is nort decent in your own eyes? then she should be left alone in your so-called un decent outfit? It is far sexier to dress conservatively rather than dress in cheap revealing clothes. revealing clothes are cheap? gosh who is this guy? In our zest to be like foreigners, our girls have become little sluts and our insttutions of higher learning have become glorified brothels. Some semblance of sanity have to be instilled in these girls and boys. i wonder why you are still stuck in US in ur zest to watch glorified uncultured foreigners!(in ur own words) When we were growing up, it was unheard for a boy to braids his hair. We are Africans, not Americans and we need to adhere to our tradition. nonsense On the other hand, the Nigerian police cannot be let loose to determine what is appropriate or not. They will simply turn it into another avenue for 'egunje'. A set guideline should be made available. Not restrictive or conforming for religious purposes, but for the sake of decency. that's the only sense you have made so far. in the 1st place the days of the dark agaes are over no one determines what anyone wears its a fundamental right to wear whatever you are happy with arresting boys for braided hair and girls for revealing clothes. their children in the US are doing worse! |
viperman, how much would an ML 430, 2000 cost? |
CONVERSATION WITH NIGERIAN EMBASSY/CONSULATE LONDON ring, ring, ring, automated answer yetunde, hello i am wondering if you could direct me to the right person, i recently applied for a visa to visit Nigeria(cut short) NGembassy, madame please you have to call back in 20 minutes! yetunde, Whom should i ask for when i call? NGembassy, the operator will direct you, please call back thank you bye! yetunde, a little upset !(decided to engage in other things setting my time to 25 minutes) ring, ring, ring, ring, yetunde, hello? embassy, yes? yetunde, i called earlier my name is, i applied for visa and was given the wrong visa, wrong date wrong visit NGembassy., please dial extension 260! yetunde, (almost in tears) ring ring ringggggggggggggggggggggggg! yetunde, connects to 260, HELLO! I recently applied for a visa on your website, it reads that i could ask for a visit visa, pay the fee of £70 attach all documents and send by special delivery. i did all of this including a special delivery attached to be sent back to me, i received my passport. thank you! however the exact visa that was issued was wrong. NG embassy extension 260, why did you not come to the embassy yourself? yetunde, because your website says that you offer services online, plus i printed the form filled it in expected that this would be of use to the embassy. NG embassy extension 260, But madamme you know we have a lot of cases to deal with you cannot blame the people that work here! yetunde, i believe this was the reason you set up a website? so that the work load could be less ( extension 260 interrupts) NG embassy extension 260, you want to argue with me maddame? yetunde, oh absolutely not! what exactly i called for was how can this be rectified? NG embassy extension 260madam its your fault that you did not come to the embassy yourself!besides it is not compulsory for you to go to Nigeria! it is very difficult for us to get visa stickers and there is too much work here (murmuring to himself) this their yeye idea of online visa) then to me this idea of online is new! yetunde really? i am sorry i applied the way i did but it seems like i am taking the blame for your own mistakes, you put up a website i followed all your instructions, you have made a mistake by issuing the wrong visa and i expect your mistake to be rectified. i have spent some money in all of these ups and downs you could as well take down the website and i would be on my way to apply at the embassy! it saves us both the stress. NG embassy extension 260 madam i have other people to deal with and you want to argue with me. yetunde (thinking, i could smack a one!)yetunde so what exactly should i do? NG embassy extension 260 madam i dont know! i have other people to deal with! Yetunde is currently tailoring a letter to the Nigerian ambassador, copying the visa section and taking it further if nothing is done! |
naijatown go for an appeal use the AIT2 form. you have less than 28 days now, do take 'your time' with it though Attach all copies of documents submitted and answer paragraph after paragraph the refusal notes that were given to you. |
@ toshman- thank you for telling me they mean the same thing, and your sorry go make things better, you do well. @ denex, you are an idiot, so i nor go answer you , or better still let me give you a little dose! i bet alot of bulalas have thought you in the past, who knows, you might just need some more. you are so unsure of your answers it should be recomposed and its senseless. What a protective answer to what is not right! and a backward way of thinking. so becos them bulalah you for US embassy be the same reason why you act like a fool? don't we Nigerians have to strive to do better than give the wrong visas? and what has the us embassy got to do with how me deal with our own business? and so if our people go wrong we cant speak ![]() abeg behave yourself, and again just to reiterate DELETE YOURSELF! such a low thinker! |
I invited my friend to Nigeria, we had no time to go to the embassy and i hipped my country saying that she could use a special delivery envelope e.t.c that way they could send her visa directly to her. I was a bit worried, b-cos usually when you go to the embassy the place be like market place and them go curse you 1st before them give you visa. anyway i thought ok, it must have changed now so we will just apply this way and track the progress on-line. when her passport arrived i was ecstatic! I say chei my county has improved! until i opened the passport, 1. the wrong date of issuance 2. the wrong type of visa 3. the wrong type of visit in fact the only thing that wasn't wrong was the passport! i dey shame sha, but wetin make i do? |
its a great car, but i nor get money i just dey purchase another car, viperman you know anybody for clearing? by the way this site is great for naijas! |
i hope you have learnt your lessons!
