Last week, I tried registering Manchelor.com on 123-reg but I was debitted twice and the transaction wasn't successful.

I had a live chat with them and the appologised that they will do a refund in 5-days time.

Today, I said let me check the domain name if it's available and boom someone has snapped it.

Which kind yeye things be this nau?

Someone cannot plans things and get it well again?

Same thing am currently battling with. They debitted me for a domain Hollywoodlimousineservice/king but i didnt find the domain name in my account. I contacted them following day and they said someone else was faster than i in regin the same name. But till now they have not refunded my money
