So it's Godaddy that locked my main account on 3rd Dec, demanding for means verification, they had to wait until I pushed all the domains I purchased from different accounts for their promo.

Thank God I used all genuine infos for my main account, and even the daughter accounts (except for the card details).

They demanded for means of verification,i sent my national ID, then 8 hours later they demanded for debit card pic, i submitted, 60hours later my account is free.

So I'm saying this in case in the future someone falls into this, and also so that we regulate how we use the promo.

After sending a follow up mail on one of my domains, an end-user replied saying "you are asking for $x xx while the amount on the site is still $yyy" so i quickly edited the price on dan and replied the end user that the price has been updated. Its 2days now i havnt heard from him again.
Could this person be a potential buyer? Should i send him another reminder??

I have sent btc in the past and receiver never got it till after 2days. Although that was just an extreme case coz there was block chain conjestion + i sent it with a very small fee. But i doubt if luno would do that

There are other services that sell which i like to classify as 2nd degree services like autorepair, limoservice, weddingphotographer etc
For the cities, targeting 100,000+ population is better, but u can go for less, i personally don't go below 40,000+
As for the combination, city +one word service is better, but alternatives are, city+ 2word service, service+city, city shortform+service eg LA, NY, SoCal, NoVa etc. State+service,
Generally d domain should not be more than 3words and d less d letters, the better. And d service should strictly be singular form, though plural do sell. ONLY .COM, I REPEAT, ONLY .COM
Most important domain should have "steady" number of end users b4 u purchase, i personally go for 20+ end users.
