civil war not so long ago. However they live in
one of the most beautiful places thanks to the
mountains, volcanoes , ocean and of course their
ancient Mayan sites.

a lot of political issues regarding the USA and
Russia. Here is the President of Venezuela

oil discovery and they are a possible prospect of
becoming the next Saudi Arabia.
8.NICRAGUA
Thriving with culture and beautiful landscapes
they are finding tourism is starting to increase as
not a lot of people have thought about going
here, but now it is becoming known on the map
as a place to go for an adventure. It is also the
safest country in Central America.
7.PANAMA
Panama is known mostly for its Panama Canal
linking the Atlantic and Pacific Ocean. This has
led to an increase in the economy with people
passing through. Panama is actually one of the
poorest countries in the world however the
populations standard of living is rising and they
are very happy. The have a beautiful culture and
lots of festivals including dancing.
6.JAMAICA
Bob Marley's homeland. Jamaica has been a
tourist hot spot for years. It has its fair share of
gang violence within Kingston but generally
people are very happy. They are a very friendly
people, with the motto "No Problem". Jamaica is
an amazing tropical island in the Caribbean.
5.EL SALVADOR
Long known for its high gang violence and high
crime rates, this has slowed down due to the
gangs having a truce. Due to its related image of
gang land it has never been on the top of tourists
places to visit, this means that there is going to
be a new wave of tourism booming they're
economy as they have a lot of hidden beaches
which the public don't know about.
4.BELIZE
You wouldn't Belize it, but yes this is another
South American country to be on the top 10
happiest countries in the world. Belize is home to
the second largest barrier reef in the world. Belize
has a long history of different people coming and
going and this has led to Belize having a beautiful
tradition. Formed through various groups such as
Mayans, Hispanic, European and Creole.
3.COLOMBIA
I'm not surprised that Colombia is one of the
happiest places in the world. Colombian women
are some of the most beautiful women in the
world, as proved by this photo(below) . I could stay there
forever if all i had to do was gaze at the women,
and i'm sure the men do. A little fact about
Colombia as to their secret could be that they
have the most number of public holidays in the
world. More days off to spend time doing what
you love...Whats not to love!
2.VIETNAM
This here is their Autumn Festival. Since the
Vietnam war they have been rebuilding and have
become the happiest country in all of Asia. With
tourism booming in the late 80's Vietnam has
been a must go to destination for a lot of people.
Not only because of the beautiful scenery, but
some of the best food you will ever have!
1.COSTA RICA
. Costa Ricans have a phrase in
their language; "Pura Vida" which basically
means "Life is Good". I wonder if this is where
LG was developed... Anyway a random fact about
Costa Rica is that they have no army. No army
means No enemies, which must mean things are
really good there. The average life expectancy age
in Costa Rica is also very high at a ripe old age
