where they repair electronics. Ask where you can buy replacement fans.chose the size and same shop has adaptor to step down current....can still ask for thermostat around there if you need it.

So I was given a project to build a Food dehydrator from scratch but I got stuck.

Through online resources I discovered that Computer fan(Pc fan) is the most preferred choice for even distribution of heat but it's not available where I am.

Pls 🙏 I'm calling on all the experts in the house to help me with other alternatives to these Pc fans especially the ones that will not consume much electricity.

was working on thesame project sometime ago...just lost my steam on it. Would go back to it some day since I have gotten all materials. Got those fans in electrical instrument like amplifier and used an adaptor to power it.

Go for 12v system, 24v is a waste of money if it can not power a submersible pump, u can get a 1.5kv 12v inverter, am using a 12v system wit one 220ah luminous battery and it powers my refrigerator of 150watt(inverter refrigerator) though I use it during the day 12pm to 4pm, it also power my LG washing machine of 620watt and blender of 600watt while I power my tv of 55watt and qasa fan of abt 30watt with all my indoor light during night I also use my TV and decoder during d day on weekend, if u know u will upgrade later buy 60amps mttp cc and bigger watt panel

thanks for this..which inverter can you recommend? Thinking of going lithium, since am on a low budget what size can matchup your 220ah battery? Heard there are inverters that can power appliance directly while also charging the battery.

Since you are on tight budget, why not going for 12v 160ah lifepo4 battery about 2kwh battery bank.
This will be cheaper for you than going for 2 pcs of 12v 230ah lead acid battery.
Work on loads management by powering your fridge/other important loads during the day. By 9 or 10pm bedtime, your tv may be put off.
The remaining minor loads like fans and lightnings will take over till 7am.
You should try and buy rechargeable standing fan or qasa ceiling fan with 5 steps speed/remote control.

am interested in this contribution because mine is still around 300watt. But my emphasis is on a freezer of 100w, tv of 45w, rechargeable fan of 45w, with phones. My questions are can an inverter power the freezer directly through solar? Can a 12v set work effectively as a 24v? Whts the benefit over the other? Can price tag required materials to achieve 160ah proposed on lifepo4.
