what does he mean by security..... people are been rubbed and killed on our water ways on a daily basis, must there be security threat before he'll be up to his primary responsibility of securing lives and properties. may GOD help us, this is to show that he is only there 2 satisfy his "OGA AT THE TOP" and fight for a second tenure.
