TonyeBarcanista: NDA is calling for Release of KANU. reformed Egbesu boys are kicking against KANU and Dasuki.
as for Red Egbesu boys, that should be a different group entirely from Reformed Egbesu if they exist Yeah, exactly because immediately NDA stated their demands the next militants to surface was the Red Egbesu boys. i guess the reformed Egbesu boys should be among the last set of militants to come up to counter the demands of NDA and the red Egbesu boys. |

All i see is government sponsored and compromised militants at work, if the so called bribed militants are fit let them near the Avengers and see whether their life will remain the same.
What amazes me about these avengers guys is that they even update you their operation on twitter and even tell you what they stand for.
So any bakassi militant,Egbesu or ekwesu we don't know and don't want to know because they are only after their pocket.
They don't have our interest at heart. |

Once they are dead do the Nigeria government have better packages for their family he is leaving behind. The next thing you will hear is that their family have been ejected from the barracks. |

You're Urhobo/Ikwerre and wishing we suffer in the Niger Delta? Am sure your parents lied to you. You can't be from a place and wish the same place harm. Even the north that produce our leaders for 40 of our 56yrs as a nation don't wish evil on their society. I don't believe you're from the Niger Delta. Don't mind that idiotic OP that is taking panadol in our own headache. But fast forward to today Op dey preach to us about environmental degradation more than the inhabitants itself, please we need more pictures, if you dont have come let me give you more.
All i know is that OP is after the money that fllows into his pocket not after our Niger delta welfare.
the only good thing you can assist us to do is to encourage us to have total control of our resources and clean our land up by ourselves. |

I don't want them to be part of the Igbo race, let them stay on their own and stop giving those "Rags" an undeserved attention. Sis,am ikwerre and i understand your anger but take it softly because not all my people have travel out to see the politics that our union with our south eastern brothers are used to get recognition for themselves(Amaechi and Wike case comes to mind). I usually tell my fellow ikwerre the truth. I believe in the Old eastern region am a living testimony of that when the need comes up. |

kelvinreality: Even though I am from this region, I do not support this agitation of theirs . I once thought it was a just cause until I saw one of their request(s) opposing the corruption war being fought by our dear president.
Let them continue bombing the pipelines, they should continue serving the interest of greedy Nigerians, but all I can say is " what a man sows, he shall reap ".
I put it to you that you aren't a niger deltan, because if federal government has our interest at heart all this while this NDA wouldn't have risen up in the first place because federal government infrastructural and welfare development in our region would have quashed their demands and morale. So your support and no support is inconsequential to them because they are operating without knowing both of us exist. |

Uncle me and you are in sync..
Nigeria will survive without Niger Delta Oil and Gas..
Nigeria will manage the over 10 Trillion Liters of Deep Offshore Crude..
Niger Deltans can use the Water to Import anything they like as long as they pay the Federal Government Import Duty..
They can even catch all the fishes inside as long as they do so within our wildlife conservation laws..
Abi no be so we want am? Na soo, who dash offshore 10 trillion litres as you stated. Please get your facts correctly. If that is the case why are you complaining on this NDA attacks. |

F.G should shut down all Onshore Oil Facilities, remove all derivatives from Oil to all Niger Delta States, Shut down the Ministry of Niger Delta, NDDC, NCDMB, OBDC, e.t.c..
Heavily fortify all Shallow and Deep Offshore facilities..
Let the Niger Delta States hussle for IGR like other States..
Lets see how that works out for them. All those offshore and shallow water drilling na arewa and oduua get am ba? Wetin concern north and some sw with offshore oil. The impunity is really much...somehow though.... |

I'm yet to see a newspaper that promotes chaos, terrorism, divisiveness, militancy etc like this particular vanguard. Their inflammatory headlines won't be accepted in any country of this world except Nigeria.Playing opposition shouldn't be confused with promoting dastardly acts. I have watched how they have tactically, tactfully and dangerously promoted, supported and glorified militancy while demonizing the Nigeria troops. Where is the NBC? I asked again.
When news was spreading like wildfire yesterday that the avengers site has been shutdown by their host company, I didn't even give it to the news because this vanguard newspaper have always and is still serving as the propaganda news agency for the avengers.
