South East was the most peaceful region in the country untill the disaster Buhari took over power. He first of all made his foolish 97/5% statement, marginalised south east in his appointments and called us a dot in a circle.

The disaster the Buhari administration did to south east and Nigeria as a whole may take decades to recover.

5. Terrorism (Prevention) Act 2011 (Amended 2013)

Every election has acrredited observer and El Rufai as at the time was NOT an accredited observer.
