Datti is above Obi intellectually. Datti has a pHD in Economics from a UK university unlike the 3rd class philosophy graduate from UNN.

The same 3rd class degree Obi was so ashamed of including amongst his educational credentials for the INEC registration during the 2023 election.

Obi put his WASSCE as his highest certificate in 2023. Go and verify
In sane societies, Datti should never deputize someone like Obi . If anything, it should be the other way .
