Ganduje should stop this insult on people. First it was south west, now Rivers State. He is simpmy implying that the people from those states have no say.

9. Water Works Road ( Palliative)
10. Federal Secretariat Road, Awka ( Palliative).

These are projects I personally supervised. Not even the entire projects handled by my company then, not to talk of roads handled by other companies especially the ones bigger than ours.
