PoliticsRe: Kwankwaso Will Destroy Your Presidential Ambition – Primate Ayodele Warns Obi by macuwon(m): 1:31pm On Jun 07
Wetin you smoke😂

LexFlex10:
I tell you this for free that this man is talking the truth believe me or not let me break it down for you

The only mistake Peter Obi did was picking Kwakwanso a his running mate which means and shows that Tinubu will win his reelection wether you like it or not but things can still change of Peter decided to advice he’s self before time

All of this was plan and stage tye man Kwakwanso is only here to destroy Peter obi ambition of being president and they know the political game

Listen carefully if Peter obi wanted to win this election without any doubt the best and only candidate for be he’s running mate is Nasir El-Rufai so let me explain why I said so

Here’s the game plan
Kwankwaso vs Nasir El-Rufai who is more to a terrorist group, answer that yourself

Recently the United States restrict some individuals from coming to America because they believed their working with terrorist group e.g Kwakwanso

Northerners will never never ever vote a peter obi - Rabiu Kwankwaso candidate because they don’t eat po-rk🐷 ( Peter obi / Rabiu Kwankwaso) so it will be difficult to ever happen

But we Nigeria APC give us HOPE to vote for them but when we did they only gave us HARDSHIP so now the only thing that could save us is to remove the HARDSHIP by bringing Peter Obi / Nasir El-Rufai so here’s how it work

The best way is to use our phone to do this by taking out the HARDSHIP from our phone that’s the only way this can ever happen so here we go

If you remove H from PHONE it will automatically be PO-NE which is Peter Obi / Nasir El-Rufai I saw this revelation in the dream and when I woke up I meditated on it and see more reason this could only be the way

Right now Nasir El-Rufai is in the prison so if Peter Obi decides to give him the opportunity of being he’s running mate believe me the northerners will vote for Peter without thinking twice because history will be made a northerner very prison to being a vice president is something big for them so that’s the calculation from my side

I want everyone to think properly about what I just say and thank me later because we can only make this work since everyone has a phone take away the hardship from your phone and believe me Nigeria will be better because Nasir El-Rufai is more trusted than Kwakwanso 100% fact so that’s the only game Peter needs to play to be able to bring out the sitting president out of office the Northerners has the highest vote to give Peter Obi so if he can use this calculation only then can he win the election

Both fans ideally blow at different speed and cycle.

Replace the radiator cap.
Make sure the pressure rating on the replacement is 1.1.
Okay thanks
Car TalkRe: The HONDA Club by macuwon(m): 10:01am On Feb 27
chillex8:
Pressure rating is ok.
Tell us more about the cooling fans. What speed was it set at ?
Are both fans even blowing at the recommended speed ?
How is the speed checked or set? The rewire that bypassed the fan said the speed was okay and he put a nylon in front of the radiator and it sucked it in.

Did you bleed the cooling system ?
Any coolant leaks ?
Bled it several times, also switched from red coolant to water, no luck, no coolant leaks. But when it's overheating, the reservoir is always full and as if it's boiling

The funny thing is that your issue could actually stem from a faulty radiator cover grin that just cost only 2k sef.

But make dem dey diagnose dey go sha eventually they will hit "Eureka"
Funny enough I've tried replacing it several times but bought wrong ones that don't fit, plus everybody that checked the current radiator cover says there's nothing wrong with it, but I'll change it regardless

To what level ?
The temperature gauge is supposed to be @ 9 bars no matter the weather.
If you have removed the thermostat you will get varying temperature readings.
It crosses the middle, i also have a scanner, the temperature reads above 100 when overheating , from 103-120. I removed the thermostat just to see if it was clogged or bad.. But the overheating continued

Good day house. Please I need the input of Honda gurus and experts in the house before mechanics start using my car for trial and error.

The Car:

2011 Honda Civic Sedan (1.8L R18 Engine, Auto)

True mileage is over 230k miles (US auction car, had a front-end collision before it was imported late last year).

The Main Problem:
The car runs fine in the morning and at night with or without AC. But during the hot afternoon after continuous driving like 30 minutes or high revs with AC on, the temperature gauge starts rising dangerously high. If I turn off the AC, the temp drops back to normal.

What Has Already Been Done (The Diagnostics):

Cooling System Alterations: Mechanics have already removed the thermostat and wired the cooling fans directly. I have also had the radiator flushed. It is still overheating despite all of this.

Pressure Test: We did a cooling system pressure test, and it passed. Mechanics are now blindly suspecting a weak water pump or a warped head gasket, but there is absolutely zero evidence to back that up (no milky oil, no bubbling coolant).

Next i want to inspect the condenser for bent fins or blockage, but who knows who can patiently diagnose the entire cooling system to find the exact fault in lagos, not trial and error. These mechanics lack patience, they just guess the problem and ask you to buy a new part that wont solve the problem.

these days, phones are crazy expensive and not really worth it, i remember moving from redmi 8 to 10pro to 12pro plus and i made camera my focus and it seemed like it was actually getting worse, my best shots were from redmi8 gcam lol. Now i am looking to upgrade and find it hard splashing 600k and above on a phone thats not significantly better. If older models were getting updates, i will just keep buying them. Please suggest a xiaomi phone that has a better camera than the 12pro plus and not insanely expensive.

Ruled out
1. Direct fan connection
2. Thermostat

Since you said the check engine light isn't on, let's rule out things that can't be scanned
1. Tire type you are using and the pressure pumped into them. Bigger tires has changed your stock setup by the manufacturer

2. Your driving pattern and habit, if you are heavy footed on the accelerator, expect higher than normal fuel usage.

3. Does the vehicle have a mpg calculator? If no, then how did you calculate the mpg.

4. What engine is in your civic or which trim LX, EX, Sir? You may have bigger engine than regular civics.

5. You said you changed the MAF, why did you change it? MAF may be letting in more air than necessary and ECU trying to compensate for that, though I believe there should be a code.
1- The tyre type is the stock 195/65/R15
2 - heavy footed a few times but shouldn't reflect to that much of a difference.
3 - it doesn't have an mpg calculator, i measure by how many liters i buy, and set the trip odometer and also check the fuel level with my scanner and then compare it when the fuel has finished.
4 - It's VP trim sir, in between dx and lx.
5 - the maf seemed to be over reporting airflow, the readings were always high, from 2.4 to 4 and above, i thought changing it would fix the issue, but the reading has reduced a bit now, around 2.0 to 2.4 with the new sensor, though the first few days after installation, I was getting maf air flow as low as 1.9
There's no fault code, it came initially with a bad downstream 02 sensor and i replaced it and the light cleared but still consuming fuel. The only other fault code it has ever shown is the p0420 (catalyst efficiency below threshold) but I've cleared the code with my scanner and it hasn't come back. Can catalyst alone be the cause of the high fuel consumption? 17-20ltrs/100km

nurey:
Injector width is within specs for idle. Your ltft says the engine is running rich, check your fan if they are direct and your thermostat if it is still there.

Also check your fuel tank, to ensure no leak from there.
The fan is not direct, thermostat is working

1. Are sure the vehicle odometer is in km not miles?

2. Scan the vehicle, the code generated will let us know where to start your diagnosis from
Odometer is in kilometres not miles, I'm very sure. There's a button to switch between the two.

There is no fault code bro, just that from live data, long term fuel trim is -11. Injector width is 4.6ms

Hello house,

I drive a tokunbo Honda Civic 2011 1.8L and I’ve been experiencing very high fuel consumption — currently around 17.4L/100km (about 5.7 km/l) at best, which is far above normal.

🔧 What I’ve Done So Far:
Installed a new MAF sensor

Cleaned the throttle body

Use Torque and Car Scanner apps

Got a P0420 (Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold) code earlier, but I cleared it and it hasn’t returned

Long-Term Fuel Trim (LTFT) is around -11%

MAF reading at idle is usually around 2.3 to 2.4 g/s

Despite all this, the car is still burning too much fuel.

🔍 What I Want to Check Next:
Possible injector leaks

Fuel pressure issues

Faulty downstream O2 sensor

Exhaust leak or failing catalytic converter

Full live data diagnosis beyond what my scanner can provide

Please, can anyone recommend a reliable and experienced Honda mechanic or auto electrician in Lagos (preferably mainland) who can run proper diagnostics — fuel pressure test, injector test, O2 sensor check, exhaust inspection, etc.?

Thanks a lot 🙏

Scan car and post codes. But this consumption is too much even if it's a 9ja used and you say this is a toks car. Getting 8km/LTR self is poor but still manageable.

Vehicle Details
- *Vehicle Model:* Honda Civic 2011
- *Engine Size:* 1.8 liters

Fuel Consumption Details
- *City driving fuel consumption:* 20.9 liters per 100 km
- *Fuel consumption per km:* 0.209 liters/km
- *Fuel cost per km:* ₦183.92 (₦880/liter × 0.209 liters/km)

Method of Calculation
To calculate the fuel consumption, I used the following method:
- When the fuel gauge shows yellow (indicating reserve fuel level), I purchase approximately 23 liters of fuel (₦20,000 worth).
- I reset the trip meter after each fuel refill.
- I drive normally until the fuel gauge shows yellow again.
- The trip meter consistently shows around 110 km, indicating that 23 liters of fuel is consumed over this distance.

Observed Issues
- *High fuel consumption:* The vehicle's fuel consumption is higher than expected for a Honda Civic 1.8-liter engine, even with the air conditioner on.

Please What could be the cause and solution. It's a tokunbo vehicle.. Though the mileage is high

Cryomancer:
Those cars were made that way just to give more balance and for better aerodynamics. However, if for some reasons you wish to improve the height, just pad your shocks or get a bigger rim, but just know that whatever modifications you're doing no matter how small, might affect your balance.

If you ask me, I'll say you should leave the car like that. If you mess with balance, you might even revert to factory height because you might not like how the car may turn out.
Thank you, just that naija roads are terrible

Downstream oxygen sensor is bad. Then the cars vibration is a bit higher than usual. Then in the engine I noticed that the air flow intake hose is missing from the air filter box. The space for the tube is just open. Please who knows any reliable mechanic and electrician that is experienced in Honda civic in Lagos, please i don't want to give dem kazeem to scatter the motor for me. Thank you

My Lexus rx300 is having issues, the car would just go off sometimes when I'm not in full motion, and it drags a few seconds to move after a cold start. I parked the vehicle for some weeks and today I took it to the mechanic. He immediately said it's fuel pump, bought fuel pump, same thing, he said it's plug, i bought new plugs and cleaned the nozzles, same thing. He used his scanner and said the scanner saw nothing, that we would continue tomorrow.. I feel it's a small issue but I'm tired of the trial and error. Please who has an idea what could cause it? After firing the car for a while, it's less noticeable.. Location is egbeda lagos
