See nonsense questions grin

Why worrying us here, go to Zamfara your styatye and ask your governor this question, then one back and let us know why he's so ineffective.

What you don't know about him (Ubani by name) is that he is from Southeast and Igbo. And unfortunately, he hates Igbos with his last blood. His other monikers include Udele, Ngeneukwenu etc.

One thing I know is that majority of the people that will criticise Ajaero are the people the negotiations will favour their people. Less than 5 percent of Federal Government work force are Igbos hence Ajaero is being selfless and real to his leadership duty.

Notice that the bricklayer will collect N700, the same for the cost of ten bags of cement while labourers collect N200.

This is the relative ratio of wages to the cost of living.

They should be ready to arrest 200 million Nigerians. Women are threatening to beat up the president if he steps foot in their territory and you are here babbling.

It has crossed unguarded utterances to planned physical assault if you thereto come out to the streets.
Politics / Re: Federal Gov’t Shuts Popular Abuja Supermarket Over Hike In Prices by MadamExcellency: 7:03am On Feb 18
What a rubbish.
I bought Indomie noodles in January at N8900 and about a week later, it increased to N10300 and the next week this February, the company increased it to N11600.

The question is, do you expect the supermarket to sell N8900 and afterwards restock at N11,600? If your answer is yes. Then President Tinubu and NNPC should be arrested first for increasing the PMS price from N185 to N510 when the country already had a subsidy signed into law till the end of June 2023. This is hypocrisy. The manufacturer and distributors should be the first point of call and not the supermarkets.

Tinubu is not going anywhere. Tinubu will be better than Buhari. If Buhari who was put there by the Southwest wasn't dragged out. The North will do nothing. Trust the Igbos, when the chips are down, we will side with our brothers in the West. We fight ourselves with mouth and economically but we don't kill each other.

The Israeli government gave me a budget,” the retired brigadier general confessed, “and the military government gives to the mosques.”

“Hamas, to my great regret, is Israel’s creation,” Avner Cohen, a former Israeli religious affairs official who worked in Gaza for more than two decades, told the Wall Street Journal in 2009. Back in the mid-1980s, Cohen even wrote an official report to his superiors warning them not to play divide-and-rule in the Occupied Territories, by backing Palestinian Islamists against Palestinian secularists.

Politics / Re: Petrol Landing Cost Hits N1,000/litre On FX Crisis by MadamExcellency: 11:04pm On Feb 14
nairalanda1:
If one has been following this thing for as long as I have, you would see that we are paying a subsidy.

1. APC apologists cry that fuel is not being subsidized...well it is. Landing cost was N720 as of October, now it is N1000..meaning subsidy costs rose from N20-140 to N300-420 per liter today. We are pushing ourselves into more debt so see where we are

2. IN 2012 January, the landing cost was N99 per liter, and now it is N1000. The fuel price was N97 per liter now it is N580-720.

Assuming Nigeria kept fuel at N97 per liter as some PDP apologists wanted, by now subsidy would have risen from N2 per liter to N920 per liter ...and note that fuel consumption has risen over the years.

We would have a debt that would make our current debt look like the pocket money you give your 10-year-old.

See how much the subsidy costs. But all of you, be it PDP or APC or LP, many of you want it.

Oya, come and get your fuel at N97....lol.

If we leave government for people like you, the country will be survival of the fittest. But that wouldn't happen. Good people are still plenty but our time will come.

What a stupĂŻd question. Was it the governors that floated the naira? You know you lack the strategy to meander the difficulties of fuel subsidy removal and you did it without consulting with the governors on day one.

The buck stops on Mr. President's table.

Science/Technology / Re: The Current Heatwave. My Room Was 37c This Afternoon. Enugu by MadamExcellency: 3:40pm On Feb 13
nairalanda1:

But on the national scale, there is a subsidy and a lack of cost-reflective tariffs.

Until that is fixed, no light.

The problem is not the charge per kilowatt of electricity but the lack of constant supply. In sulphonation, delicate medical surgeries, in theaters, etc companies and hospitals don't use NEPA but generators because power failure is catastrophic hence the cost isn't the problem as the bills for private, commercial, and companies are charged differently. What can't you understand?

The high cost of generation and distribution has nothing to do with the consumers and companies alike. The business model presently used in Nigeria is faulty and costly hence a rip-off.

I have a solution as an expert with experience spanned over decades. We want to challenge the existing system and you have to support us. Thanks.
