Checked out this latest update, I loved the 1st part of your blog, your outlined some steps you actually used to lose your weight. The exercise blog seems a bit generic, no criticism ( I am defo no writer) so I expect when you flesh it out a bit with your personal plan it will be just as helpful.

Sorry about the malaria, but god works in mysterious ways,I am glad you are better.

I also lost a stone and a half sometime ago,I was 10 stone  and a bit,but i am tall . I find that you do have to work hard to maintain the loss, so I shall always have to stay on top of it (chubby person waiting to come out). Your exercise routine seems to be very well rounded, the rope skips should keep your metabolic rate up, i will try said. I hate doing exercise,  I only use my bike whilst watching TV.

Yes, had already decided to buy a cooler, am only using this improvised wedge until I get the time to go to pc world, but I did not think about the fact that I could also prolong the life of my new lapy. I shall look into what you say and seriously consider buying 2, if not too expensive or if on sale.

Thanks for getting back tome

When I first purchased this laptop the guy in pc world said it would be advisable to get a cooler at a later date, anyway to cut a long story short, due to the fact the insurance company have agreed to replace for a much better model, I was advised by a Friend to get a cooler for this one and keep as a back-up or pass on to anyone who needs it.

Is this model part of the faulty batch that u know about?
