I am very weary coming in on your post. You really must give it time when taking medication, sometimes it can take months for them to start working.

I work in a sexual health clinic ( i am not a medic) we have many young men who come in with this problem, Jojessy gave you very real advice, your partner most be committed to you and show great understanding. Do you use a condom, try using a heavy duty type (thick) this should cut down the sensations you feel, I know this may sound odd, but, if it takes longer for your to reach the peak of your arousal you will not ejaculate that quickly. Indian hemp, does this have another name, that's really fasinating, I have seen my Mother's folks use that for curing joint pain. How do you mix it ?

No I do not use reserves any more,less  bidders come in on those. I myself never waste my time bidding on anything with a reserve, who knows what the seller wants.It can be a waste of time and money if it does not sell, only ebay wins.

Thankfully a wonderful  NL chap gave me the heads up and it worked out fine. Hope he will let me send him a thank u gift.

One more thing I found, it was really horrible searching existing patents, even if you really have a FANTASTIC idea, this is how you may come unstuck.

I would never do it again, it took me about 6 months to complete the darn project, so if you can afford a Patent agent/lawyer it may be better for you, you never know it may be cheaper in Nigeria to hire such.

He's just got back to me, he said just google "worldwide patent" then go to the Africa section, may come under Aripo, African Regional Intellectual Property Organization.

One thing I will tell you, i  found it very hard to work my way, but I am sure you will not have this problem, and cvibe, you are right , could be different doing it from Nigeria.
Do try to look into it very closely, you maybe told that it must be done by a Patent Officer or a Lawyer, he was told that, but needs most.

If you wait I will get  unto the friend I did  it for, he  holds the  the design patents for the UK, even though he his Nigerian. We thought about going for world wide, but just too time consuming for me to do. I think you will be able to do that one for yourself.

You will need to submit drawings, that was the easy part for me because i paint, but I think you can submit line drawings which are basic.

Go online to the PATENT OFFICE and get  all the Patent forms sent to you, you can do it yourself. I have done it for a friend, I am defo not a brainbox and I managed to do it.
It will take you some time to determine the correct patent/design patent you will need.

You will also need to do a full search amongst the registered patents to make sure nothing too  similar to your idea.

You may have to send the forms back a few times, but you will get it done in the end.

You can get a Patent agent, but they cost a bomb.

Thank you for that but as I said, I list in the UK, not USA, my listing are always timed to end at a time that suits the UK, but this item seems to be very interesting  to the USA market. No amount of reseach would have shown this would have been so, this item would be wanted by women, hence my question about DINNER TIMES, which most  sellers pay keen attention to.

Have posted a few VERY BASIC questions on this site, comp for instance, and the folks have been very helpful and kind, they saved me alot of time

Yes you are right in both your statements, hence me not going into to much details, ie,ebay seller name and items I sell.
