The invitation was as a result of the NOGIC JQC application done sometime last year. I think in July. I got same message. Although I don't reside in Portharcourt but hopefully I will try as much as possible to go for the selection test.. no harm in trial. It's an oil and gas training from my findings

Please how can I save the guarantors slip on my phone before printing it out

On the top part of that page there are two columns/box that contain NDLEA course and year (2023). it appears before the passport upload option.

Due to high traffic, the script stops loading & terminates sometimes. if it's missing, the Cadre option and short code for it also disappears.
You need to make sure it loads successfully before you start filling the form, otherwise you will get that error.
