I don't understand how this can help congestion. It shows information that is not relevant or necessary. Telling you the estimated traffic period that is not on real time is useless.
Also it is almost impossible to tell real time traffic on Lagos roads since congestion can start at any time especially on that sensitive Ikorodu road.
This is just another washwash money siphoning scheme by lagos state and it's contractors. Like the beautification project under fashola.
You want to deal with traffic? fix bad roads, control the nuisance of yellow buses, remove heavy duty trucks that park anyhow on the roads, and we will know you mean business. Anything else na washwash.

I remember how many people were collecting bursary per session in my northern university back then. because he doesn't publicise it doesn't mean its not going on. go to Landmark university, high number of the students are on scholarships.

what people don't know is that most of the students in covenant and landmark university are on scholarship. especially covenant for pg students if you graduated with first class, the only fee you pay is your accommodation fee (and that is if you decide to rent house outside the school). in Landmark university if you are indigene of Omu aran and with good educational result it is almost free for you. but people wont see that. more 60% of student in Landmark university are on scholarship.
