pansophist: See. I paraphrased it, though, and changed inward-looking (that's the word you used) to self-reflection. 4 Likes 2 Shares

pansophist: Errr... I was only speaking generally. Like many of your comments can be made into quotes. But off the top of my head, that one you made about Nigeria being an 'imbècile', and not a developing country or something, counts. 1 Like |

EmperorCaesar: You know how to tag people to come and defend stuff. So have you seen these comments? CHRIST-FUCKER: Zone--free: This is why misogyny from your gendar amuses me. Because the same woman you're trying to use to insult feminists, other alfa mails like yourself are already slutshamiñg her. So what value are you ascribing to her, and by whose standards, when other men are equally tearing her down? They do not consider her a better or virtuous woman and whatnot, so what's your comment meant to achieve now? Are the patriarchal/traditional men also 'proud' of her? 2 Likes |

folake4u: Don't mind that yeye girl. 😂 Are you frrrrrrrrr? I could have sworn you were a lover girl! Why not? 🥺 Sha, I get it. Romance, cheesy lines and sweet nothings are just one expression of love; there are other ways to express it, and that are just as honest and lovely. Maybe you're that kind of lover. |

pansophist: Omg... I feel totally lost with this conversation now. My eyes are turning me, too. I should go and look for something to eat. Yes, no. Men are second-in-command after God and they deserve to be worshipped like idols. Everything you say is spot on. Yeah, g'day, lol. |

Gerrard59: Good then. Let's hope the rest of the opinions this discussion will generate, if it hopefully will, will tow this line of multiple reasons, and not one wrongly focused on gender. Whether it's the definition of 'gifting' that's the problem here, or it's simply due to culture or economic states, or just individual proclivities. Some people, men or women, just don't think in that manner. It's never occurred to them to be that kind of person. 2 Likes |

tensazangetsu20: And is this a good or bad thing? I mean, they are African men. Why should this matter? Why do they want stuff that their emasculated counterparts in non-African states get from women who have a very high sense of equality and autonomy, and even the equal financial capability that affords them to get thoughtful, unique, and exquisite gifts for a man? I would think not getting gifts should be a manly thing, given all the other arbitrarily decided standards of masculinity. 3 Likes |

Gerrard59: Really? Smh. What even in his comment is "brutally honest" or "life nugget-y?" Today, guys are saying they're men and they don't care and don't want stuff deemed too 'estrogen-y' and 'feminine', tomorrow they're having a problem with the standards they've created and cosplaying ✨ oppression ✨, instead of addressing the source. I think I have even seen some of your comments sometimes agreeing with Pan that "men create the society, and women integrate into it". So how has men's general noncommittal attitude to celebratory things like birthday/event wishes, getting birthday cakes and gifts, doing photo shoots, coming to a surprise birthday bash and all that something "life" rigged? As if it was out of their control? Let us remove women. Why do men not gift one another as well? 7 Likes 1 Share |

pansophist: Father Pansôphist, thank you for the response. So, looro kan, in one word, you're saying you're not the kind of man to brag about his sexual prowess? And you're the toxic kind, but in quote? 2. Women hating men do have consequences on men's life. This your implication emerge from the thought that we live in some patriarchy that women are powerless under, and men are oppressing. This is nonsense. Arrant nonsense. You can bring up a thousand (isolated) cases of women doing men bad, or what you call "misandry," and it'll never be on the same scale of consequences as misogyny. That is my own point, and let us just agree to disagree at that. Aside the fact that it's morning and I'm half-asleep, half-awake right now, my 'intellectual' energy for the year is fast depleting so... Good morning/evening (whenever you see this). P.S.: You said women deal with you everyday. As how? |

Eghami. Why are these sewer rats camping in my mentions? 😂 Ewo ni ti ekun egbere? Una visit baba wey show una my picture for him magical mirror ni? Am I the cause of your unfortunate lot in life? Spew your hate from now until next year because you think I represent the kind of women you cannot approach, it'll never make you feel better. You will never stop being a miserable, jobless hater, because if y'all had something going on for yourselves, you will not be so pressed about women's bodies and how they choose to dress. I sha know that none of you ediots can walk up to me offline to tell me these nonsense when you see me pulling down my body-hugging dress. You can only cope and seethe online like the cowards that you are, so chòke and d!e on it or something I guess. 🤣🤣🤣 |
