The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has written to the Nigeria customs service to put out-going governor of Ekiti state, Ayodele Fayose on its watch list.

The comptroller-general of customs, was asked to watch Fayose, who’s under investigation by the EFCC for allegedly abusing his office, laundering funds etc, the EFCC from fleeing from the country.
In the letter dated 12th September, the EFCC wrote:
“There is a reasonable suspicion suggesting that he may likely leave the country either through the land borders, airports or seaports in order to evade investigation. Hence, you are kindly requested to watch-list him and arrest him,” read the letter signed by Ibrahim Magu, acting chairman of the EFCC.

Responding to EFCC’s letter, the customs boss asked all zonal coordinators, area commanders and comptrollers to monitor Fayose.

“Consequently, you are requested to monitor the subject and report to Economic and Financial Crimes Commission through the provided contact details if sighted,” the customs wrote in a letter dated September 14.

MORE DEADLY IPOB ATTACKS ON NORTHERN TRUCK DRIVERS

More violence have been perpetrated by IPOB terrorists in the East, against truck drivers, perceived to be of Hausa/Fulani origins. This attack happened yesterday between Aba and Portharcourt.

Lawal Daura was a traitor and a total disaster. He choose to look the other way, while IPOB were undermining the very corporate existence of the Nigerian state. Mallam Yusuf Magaji Bichi, this is baptism of fire for you. Let us see what you can do to these IPOB terrorists, before reprisal attacks start happening in the North, which is NOT what we want.
