#MariahCarey is being sued for sexual harassment by her former manager for being “constantly naked in front of her”

Mariah Carey is being sued for sexual harassment and breach of contract by her former manager, who was once one of her closest friends and confidantes.

Stella Bulochnikov has put Mariah’s lawyers on notice that they plan to file a lawsuit against Mariah, 48, for breach of contract.

In the impending lawsuit TMZ reports that Stella claims Mariah was “constantly naked in front of her”, and the star’s alleged nudity is termed “sexual harassment”. Stella is also accusing Mariah of a violation of the US Civil Rights Act, a Violation of the Fair Employment and Housing Act.

According to TMZ Stella had a three-year contract and was terminated in the middle of this. The website claims a huge amount of money is being sought for missed payments as well as the aforementioned breaches.

Plateau State Police Command has arrested a motorcycle rider, Stephen Gyang for allegedly killing his pregnant girlfriend.

The victim, Alice Samuel, was buried in a shallow grave by Gyang who apparently, is a Jss2 dropout.

Gyang claimed to have killed her for wanting to pin the pregnancy on him which in the beginning, she claimed wasn’t his. Her change of mind was prompted by her mother who wanted Gyang to take responsibility.

After the murder, he buried her in a shallow grave that was meant to serve as a pit toilet or well.

After the incident, Gyang claimed that the spirit of Alice never let him have peace and eventually, he told his brother who then reported to his father about it. The village chief also got to find out through his father.

Apparently, Gyang had an accomplice, James, who is also his friend. James claimed to have witnessed the event and had told him not to kill the victim but was instead threatened by Gyang who said he would kill him if he did not assist.

Five persons were on Sunday killed at Ukana Ikot Etim area of Essien Udim Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, when they were knocked down by an alleged drunk driver.

The man driving a Ford utility sport vehicle with registration number GCE 342 CX was trying to avoid two children that were crossing the road.

The driver, whose identity had yet to be revealed, was said to be speeding, when he suddenly crashed into the seven people who were waiting at a bean cake (akara) spot at the Ukana Ikot Etim Junction.

An eyewitness, Mr. Godwin Anthony, said the driver crashed into the five pedestrians who died instantly while the remaining two sustained serious injuries.
According to him, when they approached the driver, they discovered that he was drunk. He added the driver with the vehicle had been taken to the Ikot Ekpene Police Command, SARS Department.
Anthony said the seven persons were returning from church on Sunday.

Efforts to speak with the Commissioner of Police, Mr. Donald Awunah, proved abortive as prompt from his telephone indicated that his line was unavailable.
But the Public Relations Officer of the Federal Road Road Safety in the state, Mr. Uwen God’sgift, said they had yet to confirm the story.

The police in Lagos State have launched a manhunt for two neighbours, identified only as Muhammed and Samuel, who stabbed a man to death during a quarrel in the Somolu area of the state.

It was learnt that the victim, identified as Christian Ugbaka, was stabbed in the chest while trying to settle a fight between Muhammed and Samuel, who lived on Babylone Street.

The 25-year-old Ugbaka, who had visited a friend in the house at about 10pm last Tuesday, met Muhammed and Samuel arguing over Muhammed’s girlfriend, identified simply as Sahadatu.

He reportedly attempted to settle the fight, but was killed during the altercation. The suspects subsequently fled the area.

A police source said that it was believed that Muhammed owned the dagger used to stab the victim to death.

He said, “It was the girlfriend, Sahadatu, who came to the police station to report that her lover, Muhammed, had stabbed a peacemaker to death.

“On that evening, the occupants were sitting together in front of the house. Sahadatu’s younger sister, Aishat, was also with them. Samuel was said to have had an argument with Sahadatu, during which Samuel slapped Aishat and Sahadatu.

A 63-year-old man, Korede Odubela, has been arrested for allegedly killing his 16-year-old stepdaughter, Amudat Oshimodi, for ritual purposes.

The suspect was said to have connived with another accomplice, Lekan Lawal, to commit the crime at Imosan village, in the Odogbolu Local Government Area of the state.

The two suspects were among the 12 suspects paraded at the command headquarters, Eleweran, Abeokuta, on Tuesday by the state Commissioner of Police, Ahmed Iliyasu, for various offences, including armed robbery, burglary and stealing.

Iliyasu said Odubela, who was the leader of the gang, connived with Lawal to strangle Oshimodi, after which they sold her head and hands to ritual killers.

The police commissioner said the men of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad received information about their activities and swooped on them on Monday, November 7, 2016.

Odubela said he connived with Lawal to kill his stepdaughter because the 16-year-old girl was always stealing her mother’s money.

He said, “The mother said we should kill her as a sacrifice for other children she had. She (Oshimodi) normally slept by the outside door . On that day, around 12 midnight, I invited Lekan Lawal, and he held the girl by the neck and strangled her while I held her legs.”

Odubela said he sold Amudat’s head to his son, Seun, a herbalist who paid him N3,000, as part payment.

However, Odubela’s wife, Fausat, denied asking her husband to kill her daughter.

Iliyasu said the case was still under investigation, while the corpse of Amudat had been deposited at the morgue of the Ijebu Ode General Hospital.

Clinton conceded the race after 2am ET (10am East African time). Before polls closed, her campaign was confident of victory. In the end, however, she lost even some states thought to be safely in her column, like Wisconsin.

She trailed in others, like Pennsylvania and Michigan. While she won the key demographic groups her campaign targeted, she under-performed President Obama's successful 2012 bid across the board.

Despite Trump's disparaging remarks on African-Americans, Mexicans and undocumented immigrants, a slightly larger share of black and Latino voters cast ballots for him than those that supported Mitt Romney in 2012.

The Oyo State Police Command on Wednesday arrested a 20-year-old primary school teacher, named ‘Collins Obi’, for raping a 10-year-old boy in Ibadan.

The teacher committed sodomy on November 5, 2016, explaining that apart from teaching in the school where the victim attended, he was also the boy’s personal teacher. The state Police Public Relations Officer, Adekunle Ajisebutu, said.

Ajisebutu said, “The 20-year-old primary schoolteacher was arrested for having anal intercourse with a 10-year-old boy. The suspect, who was also a personal teacher of the victim, committed the unlawful act on November 5, 2016.

He lured the little boy to a house in the Asaka Itamaya area of Ibadan where the offence was committed.”

Ajisebutu said the arrest of the suspect was made possible after the victim’s mother alerted the police at the Iyaganku Police Station, Ibadan. He added that the victim would be charged to court immediately on the order of the state Commissioner of Police, Samuel Adegbuyi.
