plz my google AdSense account shows my earning stats..but it didn't display any ads on my blog

ur blog is ok.., but make sure you do the following:
1. get a custom domain.
2. Rearrange the Right Side bar or reduce the widgets there.

You need to work on your design, get a dot com domain to replace the sub domain.
As for contact us, go to your blogger dashboard and create page for your blog. The basic pages you need include about us, contact us, and privacy policy.
