It depends on his definition and understanding of community. If his understanding of community is just a collection of house, he may be right but if it's our normal understanding of a community as a collection of hamlets and kindreds, then I doubt it seriously

The Igbo don't wait for the govt to build projects such as achools, water and electrification projects for them, they provide those things themselves.

Any attempt to.arrest Tinubu by the US is an open declaration of war on Nigeria which the Convention has outlawed.
