So I will come up with lies to what purpose or aim. It is clear you didn't follow up with my message, everything happened in 2020, I didn't do biometrics, before I went for biometrics they sent a PFL stating that my acceptance letter was fake, that was the genesis of this problem, so I responded to the query I didn't hear from IRCC nobody told me anything, till this application already paid for $1,500 to Conestoga college. Everything was done by my uncle. Anyway we are in this thread to learn from each others. Thanks to everyone for your response

Yes, I did but my uncle did the application for me and then they sent a PFL, which I didn't know how he treated it, now my agent is angry after showing him the refusal that I didn't share such info with him because he asked me about any possible visa refusal from Canada or U.S which I only stated that of U.S but completely forgot about the Canada since it has been long and I didn't know how my uncle handled the issue

Thank you for this, I didn't tell my agent about the initial refusal or possible ban and also i didn't even know I was ban my uncle did the first application before i handed this over to this current agent. I will have to break this news to him now

Sorry bro. You didn't get what Zubizareta is saying. He's saying it looks like you had this ban before this refused application. You must have applied for visa before where you got the ban. For misrepresentation. And because the ban is still active that's the reason for this refusal.

Yes, I used an agent he sent me the complete documentation before submitting the application, which I went through. The application was submitted on the 17th of August, did biometric on the 8th of sept, background check completed on the 9th of Sept same day my biometric was confirmed with my eligibility check too. I don't know what the mispresentation. Can I request for my GCMS note?

You have an active 5 years ban. You weren't aware of this before applying? Which year did you apply to Canada? Am certain you must have used am agent and wasn't aware of the closure of that particular application. I will advise you find the concrete date the ban started reading and wait it out till it expires.
