For the past 5 years, I owned a sim registration outlet employing two assistants.

Last year, the sim service provider made it's computer systems to operate only with the thumbprint of the business owner which means if the owner travels or cannot be present in the shop to unlock the systems using his thumbprints, there wont be sales for the period the owner is absent.

I've been managing to be present at my business location to provide the thumbprints, since I have no option. suddenly this week , the service provider deactivated the sim swap access from its systems issued to agents.

The company communicated to it's agents that they should only sell new sims while the swap access is suspended until further notice.

It's days now and reality had hits me - I DONT HAVE POWER, THE COMPANY DECIDES MY FAITH.

I am considering selling what's sellable in the store, turn the store into a canopy rentals business which an assistant can supervise while I venture into other opportunities.

kindly assist with suggestions on canopy business if you have any.
