I work in medicine in my day job. There are days when I have a full load of work in the day, and then have to stay in the hospital at night to look after patients because I am on call duty. And if a patient gets into distress in the night, I don't tell them that I AM TOO TIRED TO ATTEND TO YOU...LEAVE ME ALONE....I get up and do my job because if i don't, a patient could die. And yes, doctors and nurses have been sanctioned for allowing patients to die because they 'didn't want to attend to them' .

Is it wickedness to expect someone to do their job? Really?

I couldn't but reply your responses and replies seeing that though you have a right to share your opinions, I think you are making a grave mistake in how you are comparing this case to your profession. Let me point it out to you:

- First, before you start your call on duty, I believe you must have time to rest, but you might not because you feel you have many things to do. So, it remains that either you rest or not is your choice and so when a patient calls you, you should answer. In teaching, it is not so. There is nothing like light out in your profession I believe. In teaching (especially for boarding), we have light out. What this means is that everyone is expected to be in their room at the stipulated hours of sleeping before waking up for devotion or any other thing. Therefore, any student that is caught doing anything during these hours would be punished. In the light of this, would you punish a teacher for seeing a student outside? This is the same case we have here. There was light out, the students were supposed to be sleeping but instead, she went to the male room. Therefore, no REASONABLE judge would find the teachers guilty.

- Two, I see you might not likely like teaching as a profession. In hospital, you guys treat patients (people who are dependent on you to be cured medically) but in teaching, teachers deal with students who want to acquire knowledge. Many students acquire this with or without having to depend on the teacher (remember that students teach theirselves, some have tutors at home, siblings who are knowledgeable etc) So, they are two different professions. And to use one profession in judging the other is a misplaced judgment. Apology regarding that.

- Three, we must not, never equate financial capabilities, gains to physical, mental abilities. Why? They can't be placed side by side. One would have to be higher that the other, one way or the other. What I mean by this is that, if indeed educational sector wants night watch or vigil to be done by teachers in boarding schools, then they would have to pay them for it. Teachers are humans and one cannot expect them to be with the children 20/7. Let me ask: do you stay with your patients all the time? Am sure you don't. Then, if you don't , don't expect the same from teachers because they are paid. Doctors get paid also.

- Four, we must realize that moral decadence is 100% already in the world, so, let us face it squarely and try to beat it down to 25%. I don't know if that's possible. Do you think so?

Your consistency of talking about Jesus Christ crucified is indeed something very imperative and I almost cried because we do not hear such messages today in the so called evangelicals.

I have taken my time to read about Catholicism and Church History (from the Pope to the Jesuits and some doctrines), how do you manage to cope and combine these doctrines (purgatory, papal infallibility etc) and Jesus Christ crucified together.

Thanks for your ample time in bringing out this though it is still visible from the word itself in relation to Glory that there is no such in the bible, nothing like 'dwelling glory' as of something that stays visibly like you stated. The glory can only be symbolical in relation to acceptability of man by God after obeying His(God) commandment. And are there implications for a Christian who understands the work of Christ and his High Priest role but yet still goes back to the worship of the activities in the physical structure of the Tabernacle of the Israelites. I perpetually believe that word has been misrepresented and has made many preachers to use it to gimmick, exploit and underrate many professing Christians.
Glory is Kabod, Dwell is Shakan (don't want to go into Hebrew etymology of these words yet). If we refer to all the verses that talks about God dwelling with his people, it is transliterated as Shakan and not SHEKINAH as used by people (or maybe you are using one of these modern versions. I follow KJV transliteration and translation). And most often, God who is glorious himself promises to dwell with the people if they follow his commandments. This is why anytime they transgress God's laws, he does not abide with them and so they have to repent. So, God is Glorious (Glory- Kabod) and dwells (Shakan) with us (Emmanuel). And we all know God is not physical but Spiritual who dwells with us
And if you have observed and discovered, when many people use the word, they use it in terms of a glory that can be seen (this is why many so called pastors and gospel artistes now employ all these stage smokes as if that is God's glory)But after the programs, they go back into lying, worldliness etc. All these started because of wrong transliteration by modern versions and wrong teachings by wrong, false, bad, illiterate, adulterated pastors and teachers. Good morning to you. The word SHEKINAH is not in the bible and only describes feminism power, glory, goddesses etc. Do well to check for yourself. It is a word that has been used for long but many do not know the implications of using it in Christianity. It's like saying the feminine aspect of God's glory.
