Buhari was no where near refusing the offer by Boko haram rather FG refused the negotiation at Saudi Arabia

Search your soul, he did not campaign against killing of Boko Haram. The way the FG was going about the fight was viewed by many in he North as destruction of civilian population and economy. Buhari only echoed that as did many international organizations like, AI and HRW.
