In majority of the cases, health delivery systems in developed economies would be better than those of developing countries, that's why they're called advanced.

Nigeria is more of a capitalist country, therefore, your money provides for you advanced advantages, and there's no reason why Tinubu or any other person who can afford better services should be denied taking advantage of them.
