They don't want the old man and his shanty building near them. Even if it's that, you begin to wonder what happens to some people's thinking faculty. If you think he's not fit to be near you because of the rickety building, why not upgrade it for him. And if you don't want him near you, why not build a more conducive one for him somewhere. Or is it that you can't part with a little money? Are you that stingy? |
Dead party. |
transit4:Can the Avenger show his face to the security forces? They're just like students on a demonstration who destroyed school properties thinking they're doing it to the principal. They ain't doing it to anybody but themselves. It's farming season in northern Nigeria - the rains are coming, farmers are planting and will be harvesting, in million tons. Ama waiting for the time when their criminal activities will take away food from my table. That's the only time it'll bother me. |
MrDavidson:Well, that's not my point. I've never been with them, and I also feel Buhari is too soft on them. It's the worst form of agitation to destroy your area or national asset just to get back at someone. In the end the perpetrator will be worst affected. |
Maybe they're promoting violent activities or using the medium for fraudulent acts. |
NOETHNICITY:Exactly, like they did to BH in NE. |
Pavarottii:That quote you used as your signature is from Malik Shabazz (Malcolm X). Please credit it. |
newbornmacho:If amma gone, what would he gain then, since he can't marry his sister? |
Oksman:We're all not complete, but the man who's striving with his conscience is who's awake and is likely to be believed than a soulless being. |
SeverusSnape:Copycat. Dullard is GEJ's name. Politics of religion was more pronounced under your master - that was when churches and mosques were fully into politics, advising their followers to vote persons of same religion only. |
SeverusSnape:To bridge the gap between you and Pluto is a consciousness that only few posses. It's alright if he has that realization and is moving to bridge the gap. Don't be like Jonah who drinks to stupor that state affairs had to come to a halt till he gets sober. |
Oksman:It's not as worse as making Tompolo a billionaire and giving him the work of Nigerian Navy. |
Sunnynwa:Is the NDA not a criminal outfit? Do they expect not to be harassed? If they should come face to face with security forces or be caught in the act of bombing, would they not be killed? |
naijaboy756:Honestly he is, and that's the only thing he puts on the table. Aisha would be foolish to go to the US just to prove a man who because of politics would put even his mother to ridicule. Did he not say Buhari is old and wears diapers like his mother? Is that a man to prove wrong? Would you be so proud if such a person were your uncle, brother or father? |
Oksman:Honestly is not the best policy, it is the only policy. |
Akwaoron:Should they be left, then, to have free reign of violence? And, which criminal expects not to be harassed? |
Your life is a reflection of how you live. Just ask yourself why people like Buhari. You don't have to do all those; just be honest, reliable and just. If you can do this, you're contributing greatly to advancement of humanity. |
Sunnynwa:Is it harassment when those arrested, they said are not their members? |
naijaboy756:If it's that, then take a look at this: Shagari increased fuel price from 15.3K to 20K in 1982. ]color=red]Buhari met fuel at 20K and didn't increase anything by the time he left[/color]. Now, who do you blame for the nearly 435 times increase as at the time of GEJ (officially), and about 600 times increase (unofficially?). Going by your logic, GEJ then, has increased Nigeria's suffering by about 600 times to where Buhari left it in 1984. |
JAkpayen:"I am faithfully keeping to my promise of eating cassava bread and local rice.” Goodluck Jonathan, (2012).
|
naijaboy756:Do you have to be paid for being patriotic. Wailers can't sleep for a night without blaming Buhari for their unending woes. Why look back to bread price 30 years back just to have something to say against Buhari, not minding the N10 billion their 'democracy' hero expanded on an elephant project? Mr., I don't have to be paid to support a leader with a vision. |
In rantings akin to that of senator Murray Bruce's "Buy Nigerian to grow the Naira,"Mr. Jonathan in his 2012 Democracy day speech was all upbeat about the coming revolution in the food industry in Nigeria. He said, “We must use our population to create markets for what we produce. We must grow local, buy local and eat local. To promote this, I have directed that all official functions of government serve local foods, especially our local rice and cassava bread and other foods. In the State House, I am faithfully keeping to my promise of eating cassava bread and local rice.” // The coming shake-up that'd revitalize the economy and bring us closer to self-sufficiency in food production for his successors to build on was nothing but a wishful thinking and waste of resources. But to Jonathanisns, even with this apparent failure of their master, and having looked around and found nothing to complain about Buhari, are now looking up to the history of bread prices some 30 years back to come to their aid. // Bread, as we all know, like many things in Nigeria has definitely risen in price, but it's still the masses choice that fills up our stomach with little dent on our personal economies. But to the Jonathanians it is Buhari we should all be angry with for a product that they're still able to afford. Brand new cars in 1984 used to be not more than N15,000; but would they now blame Buhari for having to shell out N800,000 to N1.5 million to buy a used (tokunbo) cars? // Coming to bread, and if I may ask; where is GEJ's cassava bread? Has anyone seen the cassava bread in any part of Nigeria? Which is worse, ...one who is said not to have reduced the price of bread from N70 to N10, or the other one who pumped N10 billion to a cassava bread fund with nothing to show for it? And the monies, which like everything in his time was probably shared by his cronies. // The hardcore Jonathanians should spare us this boring songs of theirs; that just because their hero failed woefully, doesn't necessarily mean Buhari must fail.

Jonathan, ...Jonathan. See the legacy Jonathan left for this country. Six years wasted for nothing. |
TippyTop:Trying to field two Muslims wasn't his reason for leaving the APC. His realization that he's not wanted there was what forced him to leave. And his expulsion came before he hurriedly put out a letter that he resigned because APC is an 'Islamic party.' The man is 2faced (I)diabolic, who thrives on divide and rule. His pain for being expelled was what made him to get back at them by calling them an 'Islamic party.' |
Blizzy9ja:Is he the only contractor in Nigeria? Why ain't other contractors returning any money? |
TippyTop:APC expelled him when they found out he was double dealing - being in APC and was having meetings with PDP and GEJ. |
Istand4justice:Good day. That document presented by Pawpaw wasn't Buhari's original document. It could have been anything like the document from a fake Teaching Hospital claiming that Buhari has cancer. The real truth is, Buhari did not present any certificate to INEC. What was presented was an affidavit to the effect that his papers were with the Army Board - his house he claimed having been ransacked during the IBB coup and all his important documents taken away. There was reissuance from his secondary school when the matter became hot and that's possibly what Aki&Pawpaw was presenting. Reissuances are not original, and can be issued countless times in the event your certificate got lost, burnt or other things happened to it. And mind you affidavits too are legal documents that can stand in the event of loss. It becomes a criminal act only if it is proven that you've lied under oath in your declaration. |

Why compare leaders to thugs? |
Saraki won't contribute meaningfully to governance as long as he sees the Senate as a parallel government. |
What would the small guy say? During his time a whole governor's plane was grounded, and also stopped on the way, and ordered back when he resorted to road transport. |

Well for your information, your minister of Agriculture will soon come to announcement an enhancement to the Jonathan's bread. The reason is simple, APC is clueless. They just make media noise and then build on Jonathan's Legacies. Ask Fashola and Amaechi... Now, get busy!!!
