EMMAACHILE: Then your apn must be right using gprs. Try it with 3g modem, and feed back the thread.

Am usin airtel sim in my modem now n it workin,dnt knw abt glo cus I dnt even ve a glo sim but airtel?, Haba!!

EMMAACHILE: What I mean is that Glo and Airtel must use their own apn settings to work. Whether it's sim or Modem, without appropriate settings it will never work.

Put Airtel or Glo in your setting and see whether it will work.

Am a dealer n activates decoders daily,most time we r havin netwrk challenges it is airtel sim we all turn to n it work perfectly and bliv me we dnt even ve time to change apn settin.

If ur decoder conect wit airtel sim via gprs it ll conect wit the right modem usin 3G

Pls I prefer Huawei modems (E-series) for qsat. Wit d simple step listed above u r good to go

@ Emma!,good job but U do not need to go thru all this step to get ur qsat workin wit modem, just use the simple step I listed thr and wit d rite modem ur qsat ll work wit any sim, this is wat I do daily and it works perfectly

Always change the link type to sute the conection type u r using e.g gprs for sim, 3G for modem etc
Always ask question first befor u buy dnt buy first befor u ask.

If u want to use a modem on ur qsat, goto menu>>settings>> ethernet config , under ethernet config change the Link type from gprs to 3G.
Then scroll to down to config and change country frm nigeria to Egypt, then auto link n shutdown.
NOTE: Qsat dnt work wit all modems, we ve mentioned a few here dat works wit d device.
Most Huawei modems work well wit qsat

Becareful when u come to the market to buy Qsat now. Agent now stalk customers after transaction to piont of departure n put cuffs on them, they ll allow u finish ur transaction n tail to whr u want enter bus n cuff u.
Pls dnt meet with people u dnt knw in the name of buyin Qsat, they also use this methods to lure people into their net. cops r now using this methods to hussle.
Don't arrange meetins wit strange numbers u see online in the name of buyin Qsat, it could be a trap n u may end up bein arrestd.
Deal only with dealer u know or trusted dealers.

Nope!, only the samples sent to dealers of which I had 2 and ve sold 1 and using 1. If u want to be viewin adult chanels, get a speedhd and buy an avatarcam acct. These boxes comes wit option for other accts

I personally dnt advice changing of code (buyin of another code when your account has not expired) because every code has its down time

Most of the freezin observd on qsat atimes are caused by bad/poor internet conection. And pls guys always find out if it a code issue u havin b4 upgradin ur box, don't just upgrade ur box at any pause

Q23G and and speed can accept most account so instead of havin 2 or more decoder at home is better u get one box n buy other accounts n those that luvs adults chanels should just get a speed box n buy avatarcam account n add.

Pls if u want a decoder dat cuts across all sphere, get a qsat 23G or a speeds1 HD. These boxes has the capability to take other accounts n work on other sat. Dnt buy product dat ll make u be standin alone when thr is problm.
