Mind you that the phone records contains some personal or private data and MTN on the other hand are trying to keep their own part of the contract by protecting their customers integrity by all means... But in a case of kidnap, murder, terrorism or treat to National security, it wouldn't be difficult to release the phone records if the due process and protocyeol is being duly observed.... Hope its clear now..

I think I got his point.. what he was trying to communicate is that the phone records can still be obtained unofficially through an insider that works with MTN ... but that's breaking ethics of work and secondly, one can not work with such document if gotten illegally unless they intend hiring P.I(private investigator)...

My advice to the op is for him to proceed to the C.I.D (Criminal Investigative Department) of the state and with the help of a lawyer, You people can get an application signed by the commissioner compelling MTN to realise the said phone records for investigation purpose.. God will see you people through...

This is Nigeria where corners are cut. As long as you know an MTN staff who works in that section he can give you info based on personal relationship and mind you, it's unofficial.

He showed it to a Pepsi distributing van, he was begged to give dem the bottle and give him about four crates in return.

A thought came to my mind and i told him "Man we are educated individuals, we can get a substantial amount of money from dis company if we follow d right procedure.

Maybe by threatening to sue them to court for improper Good house keeping (GHK) during production and total disregard for consumer health safety by getting d services of a lawyer who will first write them of d situation or report to NAFDAC (last option though cos dis means making money for corrupt politicians to steal ,cos we know NAFDAC can't fine them for nothing less than several millions of naira).

As anyone ever done dis n got good money from this companies or gat advices to give.

NOTE:: pls don't castigate us, since d govt cant help us,we av to utilize d slightest opportunity to hit big time.
