I submitted my application on January 18, 2021. I was almost going to send a message to them but I read somewhere on their website that decision will be made prior to March 2021, so I thought to give them till mid March.

I just received my acceptance letter from Conestoga yesterday. I also applied since January.
Hopefully, you get a response from them soon. All the best.
