Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by MamaTripleJ: 8:56pm On Dec 05, 2019
Thanks so much.

I was invited by a childhood friend so i guess I will just show them my invitation letter

steel101:

What you basically need for the trip is your international passport carrying your valid UK visa stamp. You don't need a yellow card or vaccination card. Also, if you will be entering Dubai, you require a Dubai visa, and if not, you are good to go.

At the POE, you will be asked questions like how long you intend staying, where you will be staying, what you will be doing for the duration of stay, and if you have a return ticket. If this is your first trip after getting the visa, try as much as possible to maintain the hotel you stated on your visa application form. Border Force tend to call hotels to confirm bookings.

Good afternoon house.
Am here again grin
Please am a JJC traveler.
My husband booked Emirates for us.
What do i need to know/do/have traveling Lagos - Dubai - Manchester.
What are the must have documents. (I am going for Yellow card tomorrow.)
Also POE advice/requirements

I googled these questions but most of the responses are 2005, 2012 etc. I didn't have anything recent.
So thats why i decided to come to the people who made it possible in the first place.

Thanks in advance

Thanks alot

knighteengale:
Congratulations to you.

A friend of mine recommended British Airways to me when I wanted to go in September. There services was great.
You can try them, that is if there are still seats this year.

£850 - £1,000 should be okay for you, depending on what n what you want to shop for.

Please i have some questions
1. What amount is appropriate for my son and I to travel with. We have a friend accommodating us and my husband is sponsoring.
2. What airline would you recommend. I want the one with less number of hours because of my son.

Yes it accepted and i printed out.
I will try the upload again.
I got mails for the both of us thos afternoon that our application is been processed.

Candybright:

When you uploaded, did you upload on your son's profile too? And was it accepted, did you print out a copy of the accepted documents for him? If you did all this, try and upload again and see what happens
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by MamaTripleJ: 11:36am On Nov 28, 2019
Good morning all.

I need your opinion please.
I uploaded my documents and son's documents.
We went for biometrics 25th.
Got visa application sent to DMC mail for both of us.
I decided to just track our profile today
I found out my son's profile still has UPLOAD highlighted and also BIOMETRICS ENROLMENT ON RED.

Do i need to worry?

Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by MamaTripleJ: 9:50pm On Nov 24, 2019

Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by MamaTripleJ: 3:51pm On Nov 24, 2019
Yeah i do that.
Will just keep both and give detailed explanations for huge funds.

Please do i need to take anything with me for the walkin appointment?

ozymes:
I thought it should be moving money from a monthly salary account to a personal savings account?
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by MamaTripleJ: 8:06pm On Nov 23, 2019
I will.
Should I just put my salary account only?
I added my personal account because I move funds from it to my salary account.
What would you advise.

ozymes:
Just calmly handle it and ensure all documentations are in place and most importantly answer yes to the questions on past refusals
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by MamaTripleJ: 2:15pm On Nov 23, 2019
Thanks so much. I will.
Reapplying today to do a workin appointment Tuesday.

ozymes:
Yes. Please, check my post on the same matter sometime at the end of October 2019. I did for my family (Wife and Kids). Please, address each refusal reason on your new application.
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by MamaTripleJ: 6:03am On Nov 23, 2019
Okay I will. Thanks

giselle237:

Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by MamaTripleJ: 6:02am On Nov 23, 2019
Infact it's really a silly mistake.

Candybright:

Yes you can. Include your husband's sponsorship letter. How did you manage to miss that especially since he wasn't even applying with you.
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by MamaTripleJ: 10:30pm On Nov 22, 2019
Can we reapply immediately?

ozymes:
It appears your husband failed to provide a letter of consent and sponsorship
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by MamaTripleJ: 8:14pm On Nov 22, 2019
Thanks for the swift response.
I only stated it in the application.
I didn't know separate letters were required.
I wish i visited this platform before applying.

Can we still reapply? What would you advice?

asamwababy:

Did your husband include a letter of sponsorship for both you and your son?

Did he also provide a letter of consent to the trip with his Passport bio data page attached?
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by MamaTripleJ: 6:37pm On Nov 22, 2019
Good evening house.
Please i need your advise on this refusal letter.
We applied to go spend Christmas with a friend and she sent all her details and invite too.
I want to reapply again.

I started in my application that my husband is going to sponsor my child and I.
I also attached the invoice of the #400, 000 and #264 that entered my account.
The statements i submitted were salary (which shows salary payment) and personal.
The salary had a closing balance of #98. 00 and personal closing balance of #230, 000.

Please advise on what to do to reapply.

So sorry for your loss.

Habbeyoluwa:
I prayed to God just for my dad to wait till my baby was born, and now I got the shocker of my life after everyone lied to me about it... My dad is no more, I promised him 3days back to bring my baby to see him, for him to just hold on after all he was not sick.. Life took away the man who means so much to my life... Can't even think straight

Am 32weeks 1day today and i have been having menstrual like cramps since 7ish today. Its not painful just not comfortable. And i feel bump harden and heavy when the cramps comes. I went to the hospital and doctor said it Braxton Hicks and gave me Salbutamol and Paracetamol.

Now i googled Salbutamol and am seeing its mostly used for asthma patients. I beg what do u think and how do i get rid of the cramps
