Its just very unfortunate the way most of us reason in this country. In the said Immigration recruitment of 2014, did Abba force anyone to pick the forms, or even if he did forced people to buy the forms, was he at those stadia where the incidents happened to command their death? Again is the Nigerian Immigration the only para-military or military that sells its recruitment forms out to Nigerians? Was it not because Buhari lost out in the 2011 general election that led to loss of many lives after that said election? Are we trying to say now that if one is to go for an interview and on his/her way such person dies via accident, does it mean the employing organization should be arraigned before a court for murder or what? This mentality wont take us anywhere. What happened to the then Immigration Boss that didn't deem it right to schedule the test in batches since the applications received were more than required?
This negative and sentimental thinking wont take us to anywhere. No wonder the economy is in shambles today, cos we always fail to get things right at the right time.

Its very unlawful to have one detained for over 48 hours without any trial by a competent court of jurisdiction. Whether guilty or not, it is an infringement on ones fundamental human rights. Something ought to be done fast about this unlawful detention b4 it degenerates to another thing.

I think the relatives of d deceased guy should approach a high court within d jurisdiction of the bank branch where d account is domiciled for a letter of administration and an affidavit. These two documents n d death certificate will enable them claim whatever its in the account. Beside, even if d deceased guy used either of his relative as his next of kin, no bank would listen to u until those other documents are presented.

When properly interrogated by the police,the suspect admitted to being hired to help rig the election in the area. He also made confessional statement indicting some government officials.

A panel of Nigeria’s Court of Appeal in Abuja has sacked Governor Emmanuel Udom of Akwa Ibom State. In delivering its final ruling on the conduct of the governorship election in Akwa Ibom, the five-member panel upheld the petition of the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), agreeing that the election of Governor Emmanuel Udom of the People’s Democratic Party did not conform to the electoral act.

The court, therefore annulled the election, first re-asserting the importance of card readers and afirming that the election was marred by over-voting. The court denied all releiefs sought by the candidate of the PDP and granted the reliefs sought by the governorship candidate of the APC, Umana Okon Umana, asking for the cancellation of the election. The Court ordered a rerun of the election across the state within 90 days.

Mr. Udom is expected to appeal today’s verdict to the Supreme Court for a final decision.

Honestly I pity Nigeria's democrecy under this administration. What is really happening? Sacking PDP Governors in oil rich states just to gain party relevance there.
Does it mean that all the elections conducted in the North & South West regions were purely free & fair? This one sided judgement is a big slap to our democracy & has to stop for the good of our dwindling economy. Our judiciary is becoming pro APC from the way things are goin.
Nigeria cannot afford to be a one party State. Buhari should note that we are not in the era of coup, decree, anarchy or dictatorship. This is a democratic setting, therefore there is utmost need for the INDEPENDENT OF THE JUDICIARY.
