Moral corruption is about to kill this country. We lack work ethics, moral values and human values in this part of the world.

Its not about the "Nigerian Police" as most people want us to believe. Some private Security firm workers actually take more bribe than NPF. Our Banks, Private organisations are cases in points. Its only in Nigeria we see security men beg people for money. Its a common practice and we shouldn't institutionalize it. Instead, we need to address the CURSE upon UNIFORM MEN/WOMEN, including those standing at ATM joints, fast food, event centres, banks, etc.

The other day, a well dressed NPF guy was seeing driving a Niger Delta Rastafarian-Charlatan called TIMAYA.

Are we going to say the NPF guy is poorly paid? Is the problem about minimum wage? NOPE!

The higher we are paid as a people, the dumber we become! Just imagine the yeast-like swollen puff-puff called Timaya acting like the world must revolve around him ALL because of SMALL CHANGE.

We need to invite the slave masters all over again! The previous attempt is not enough.
Wow you are too wise.

You all are just talking like fools. Can't you see there is prayer going on and the woman is actively involved. Where the hell do you want her to keep the bag......on the floor? Moreover the police woman is her ADC. Nairalanders should think with there brains not there mouth before commenting.

That's part of her job or do you expect a female police officer to protect first lady of a state? She is a ceremonial security for the first lady the real ones are somewhere with arms.

This made sense to you?

Honestly this stupidd carrying handbag ish should stop
. .. and I'm a lady
How can someone carry my bag? undecided
If you cant carry your handbag then put it in the boot of your car or carry a smaller handbag for goodness sakes

Its not as if you need everything that's in your handbag everywhere you go.
At that event all that woman needed was her phone.

Mr IG, Mr Chief of Staff and Mr Controller General please mandate your staff not to carry ogas and ogas wives handbags
Do you see UK or American police carrying Mrs Obama's or Mrs Cameron's handbags

This is one of the reasons why people don't respect uniformed personnel in Nigeria . . .I said respect not fear.

Yes why not on the floor?
If you go to an event badly dressed then that's your fault
Besides she could have put it to one side

An ADC's job is to protect
I grew up in an Army environment so know what I am saying
What is the ADC protecting? The handbag?
Couldn't madam have left the handbag in the car?
Doesn't madam have a PA
Do you know how much training that ADC would have undergone only to end up carrying a handbag?
Gone are the days when uniform meant respect

You see them in markets too carrying madams handbags
Its a big shame.
Their bosses should be doing something about it.
But how can they when most of these top jobs are political appointments.

Haven't you ever seen the president's ADC holding his bag?

When you invite them back, ensure it's only you and others with a screwed up perspective like yours that will bend over backwards in that plantation, freedom is indeed in the mind, Mandela was imprisoned for 27yrs physically but his mind remained free, but you are yearning to be imprisoned, what a shame.

We can simply follow the American model where as the commander in chief, the US president is assigned a Marine who pack his luggage and run simple errand (military culture), and nothing else, the party or the first family is responsible for extra stuffs. I really dont appreciate officers carrying out such duties, they have a strict culture of discipline.
I remember my dad's new posting to Jericho skaters in Ibadan very long time ago during the military are, his office ensures uniform men supply his accommodation with kegs (25ltrs). When we visit on holidays and began using much more water, both our parent ask the container be left downstairs so we lift it up 4 flight of stairs, and as soon as my older brother learned how to drive, we get to do the job. That should be the first lady's security not her maid.
