Non of this players is actually good enough
Over hyped Cucurella one of the worst left back ever
Caisedo zero football sense Just getting yellow cards Not in the level of Essien Mikel Markelele Ramirez Kante
Enzo Fernandez hardly scores Hardly assist
What does he offer ? Nothing the coach is confused, he should be shown the way out. |

nairalanda1: You guys should stop blaming the Power minister for power problems in Nigeria
UNtil all of you NIgerians are ready to pay cost reflective tarrif, they can make Jesus christ minister of power and we will still be in darkness.
POwer has been privatised since 2013, and all your goverments since then have been starving it of funds in the name of keeping power cheap. You people also clap for those who chase away people that come to disconnect those that steal power.and you hail the power theives..and meter bypassers......and you expect light?
You can abuse me now, but facts is facts...and yes, I do not like the power minister, na politican, but facts is facts.
I mean in 2013, GEJ had a professor of electricity in charge of the ministry, yet we were having groid collapses and power issues, because of lack of cost reflective tarrif
I mean until band A came along, all the country was underpaying for power. ANd after band A came, na only 20% of the country wey dey pay for power at cost reflective rate, the rest underpay and now 20% don't even pay for the power they use.
And people like it that way, as do your politicans...meaning no money or investment to improve things (if you had a billion dollars, you go put am for power supply, where you won't see ROI because people think that electiricty must be free of charge).
So at the end, you end up in darkness.
And again, until cost reflective tarrifs are in place, or until you are ready to tolerate borrowing of up to 20-30 trillion naira annually for at least 5 years, ie at most 150 trillion naira over 5 years to fix things, nothing will change.
And yes, there is corruption, because when you starve a business of its right to set prices, they will make money by wuru wuru ways. And yes, that is why you have to buy wires , poles and transformers, because most of you don't want to pay the cost reflective tarrif that would enable the discos and gencos buy all that and fix it for you.
See the problem? Oh no, na to blame generator people, and even Atiku self..lol. As if Atiku dey sell all the generators for nigeria.
Never ever support a government like tinubu that believes in setting prices.
I mean, see our telecoms sector. When it was NITEL, and when people were paying government price, the sector was bad. Then GSM came in and service improved because GSM companies were allowed to charge cost reflective tarrifs.
Even then NTEL, the government run GSM company, at once point, MTN and econet were charging twice of what NTEL was charging....which meant they could afford better services compared to NTEL...which crashed. Today it exists as a phoenix company that only offers internet service. so Band A is not cost reflective tariff? |

I got a new device and tried scanning the code, several times, that did not work. Went to MTN office and they activated the eSIM for me on my new device, and I was then told that subsequently I should go to their offices if I want to activate the SIM on a new device.
I showed them the QR code that they gave to me back then to be using to scan and transfer eSIM, they said it does not work. That I should always go to their office if I have a new device.
So apparently that Europe method does not work in Naija yet. 🤦🏽♂️ was your fingerprint taken to verify you're the actual owner of the sim card? |

It's because of the kidnapping issues we have and identity problems they must have done, otherwise, if you let Nigerians just do it anywhere they are, anything (especially unauthorized SIM swaps) can happen this is a rudimentary way to fight crime. Little why we ain't getting results. |

grandstar: You are here making the biggest mistake.
I dont like the Mullahs.
Israel wanted to use this war to achieve regime change in Iran. Netanyahu wants the support of the Iranian masses, so bombing civilian neighbourhood would do the opposite.
Nevertheless, Iran is bombing military bases in Israel. If military facilities arent safe, how much civilian?
Israel and the US wont "win" this war. Their objective of regime change will not be achieved. Worse, the US has to negotiate with Iran before the war can end, and the Strait of Hormuz reopened. This entranches the Mullahs further, the very opposite of regime change
All the terms will favor the Iranians
I am surprised Nigerians like yourself are ignorant.
Why do you think the Nigerian government chose the Amnestry programne in the Niger Delta rather than fight the militants?
Because the militants were blowing up oil installationa, the government was forced to negotiate, and pacify the militants by starting the amnesty program.
Have you heard the saying, "The bull in a China shop"? That was what the Nigerian government was contending with it. The militants were the bull, while the oil installations was the China shop.
Its the same thing playing out in the Middle East. Iran is now the bull, while there oil assets is the China shop.Iran is ready to destroy the China shop and thats why everyone is scared.
It has closed the Strait of Hormuz. we are talking about international real politik you're talking about Nigerian govt. |
